Waitress was very nice, helpfull with menu. Came to our table several times to check for refills or if we needed anything else. Very pleasant young lady relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyable experience. Great food and drinks!

Fun place to eat with great food and great customer service! Plus free fried pickles that were amazing!

Today was the first time I had eaten at Jefferson’s. I was pleased with the food and service. I had the jalapeño burger, which was outstanding. The jalapeños were fried, which added to the flavor. It might have been my first time, but won’t be my last.

Tonight was our first time going. Their food was delicious, the service was awesome, and it was pretty quiet for being a sports bar. 10/10 recommend this place.

Our food was served to us cold so we asked the server if she could just throw it in the microwave for a minute and she rolled her eyes at us. It took almost 30 minutes to get our drink so we asked what was taking so long and she caught an attitude with us. We asked to speak to the bar tender and he came over and cussed us out simply for asking why it was taking so long. At this time the restaurant wasn’t busy and there was plenty of staff on hand so we just couldn’t understand why. We were once regulars here but we’re never going back again. This place has really gone down hill recently. Please don’t go here.

Drink Refills were not offered. French fries came from the grocery store. Fish came out of a box. Tasteless!

Love Jefferson’s. Go as I can mainly for wings. However the last couple times I ordered 10-12 wings the basket they came in had chicken juice or water all in the bottom of it. Made it taste weird. Additionally the service staff is great but due to a lack of them it does take a while to get seated, ordered and to eating. I recommend this place, I know each night is different and it’s been consistent. Just wanted to make note. Great flavor and vibe. Good wings minus the ones that come out watery sometimes. Keep it up and I’ll see ya in a few days.

Tried this place while visiting Joplin. Nice sports bar atmosphere. Food was decent, service was okay. Would eat there again.

We came in with our 8 month old son and our waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted a high chair. Had to grab one ourselves and they were all dirty, had to clean the high chair before we could put our son in it. The table was also dirty it had hot sauce on it. The waitress also didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert before giving us the check so she had to go back and print another receipt because we wanted dessert. The food is great but the place needs to be more clean.

Had an incredible time! Atmosphere is so homey and wings tasted fire. Tina was the sweetest waitress. 5 stars all the way around

Have been here a few times. We like it. Good food, good service. They have lots of big screen TVs for watching the game.
