While the hamburgers are normally amazing, the service received was horrific. The waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated at a restaurant. We only asked if we could sit at a table where we could eat comfortably. She placed us next to a very large party where the people would have had to move in order for us to sit. You could clearly see other smaller tables with less people. She got very upset, snorted, rolled her eyes and turned her back to us. Never seating us. I said fine we will eat some place else, we didn’t deserve that. She yelled fine, do that.

Yes we are African Americans, we run a company and were in full corporate gear. (Not that it matters for service and dignity). We will never go back and will discourage our friends as well. 2023, Wow!

I got the garlic boneless wings and they tasted amazing. My waitress was very polite and took good care of me. Plenty of parking close by and it was nice and clean.

It was my birthday & my daughter knows how much I love their fried mushrooms. We & family went there & had a ball. Service great. Good came fast & hot. I will be back.

Omg nice place to have a date night or hanging with friends or loved ones. Those cooked oysters are the best I had in while. Wings are perfect

Restaurant about 35% filled, Tuesday night 5: 30 PM. Waited 25 minutes to take our order, another 25 minutes to be served tough cheeseburgers, congealed brown beans. No 'check back' by the never-smiling waitress. Only edible was french fries which were B minus. Never again, only went there because the restaurant across the street was closed due to electric problem. How does this place stay open?

Amazing food for a great price and the most friendliest staff. This is a bi-weekly treat for the family and we have loved everything we have ordered. Highly recommend

I walked out after sitting ten minutes waiting for a beverage. I saw a couple folks that appeared to be managers standing and talking. Floor staff were struggling to keep up with the lunch time rush with no help. I won’t ever be back. This would never happen at Christine’s, Chappel’s, Helen’s or Paul & Jacks. I’ll never go back.

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARDS TO MAKE SURE THE TIP IS CORRECT

I got charged the incorrect tip amount, and - while the manager is fixing it- I asked what would be done to prevent this happening in the future. She said that the only way to prevent it would be if the servers were really paying attention.

Why not do some sort of training or auditing to prevent customers getting charged the wrong amount in the future?

The food is okay, but definitely triple check the tip amounts because apparently it’s too much to expect the servers to pay attention.

To be Frank we came in and it was a little early for dinner, we looked at the menu and it seemed fairly normal for a bar and grill type of circumstance but the food was anything but average. I am pretty picky and they must employ a professional chef, the burger was amazing, the appetizer, amazing, and the drinks amazing. Most places out lately have served average food this place was hitting on all cylinders today and the service was kind and considerate, and the food outstanding will be back and telling everyone else we know to to give it a try!

Good cheeseburger and chicken sandwiches, cole slaw and fries. Great service. Suzy is a fantastic server.

Ordered the Jefferson Burger and it was missing the Smokey BBQ sauce.so basically a plain cb with bacon.disappointed.potato salad was good.
Other half had double cb & tots.was good
Have never ordered from here before tonight.

Ok, so me and my friends were here after homecoming and our server was so kind to all of us, he was amazing. Peyton was an absolute delight and we all had an amazing night. Thank you so much!
