Love their ice cream, taste way better in store than the at home pints in my opinion. Huge space and always a ton of parking.

Jeni’s doesn’t deserve 1 star I went in 7/28/2023 spent 27.55 on this high price Asz ice cream that my 5 y/o daughter loves used my titanium Apple Card…long story short on the 3rd of August an employee tries to use my card that I apparently lost in the store…I contacted the store spoke with the Manager Kyle, who was watching the camera footage but never contacted me back…. I think it was Kyle that STOLE MY Card….

Love it! Reliably good. Love the brown butter almond and gooey butter cake. Cute atmosphere.

This place makes me happy every time I am here. The flavors are exceptional, with Gooey Butter Cake, Salted Caramel, and Strawberry Buttermilk being my top picks. The smell of freshly made waffle cones is irresistible. Also, the staff is incredibly kind and friendly.

This place is so cute! I ordered the Gooey Butter ice cream and it was amazing. I was so happy to bring my little niece here on an aunt and niece date! I highly recommend, i.e. As a summer treat/getaway in CWE/STL.

Expensive, good but not great. Variety of flavors are a plus as is the nostalgic atmosphere and friendly associates. Will continue to enjoy and work my way through my favorites.

Truly SPLENDID! It’s more than just a clever name; this ice cream is truly beyond good. The waffle cone is unlike any other I have had; it is buttery and salty and represents a succulent partnership of divine flavors. This place is a privilege.

So many interesting flavors to try! The staff are very friendly and ready to help you make a choice. I tried their new Everything Bagel flavor and it really worked! Plenty of indoor seating options (I did not see outdoor options).

The service was excellent - the servers were very willing to offer suggestions to our children. But that was nothing compared to the top-notch ice cream. The napkins tell the story of why the ice cream is perfect. A great example of how passion make a business!

It's not as good as the hype.tried 8 of their premium flavors, the texture was great, but the flavors didn't taste as expected.

For instance, the peach jam & biscuit and everything bagel flavors in their signature waffle cup tasted too salty. I was confused if I was eating a frozen pretzel or an ice cream.

There are some good tasting flavors as well. The strawberry milkshake and darkest chocolate flavors were the good ones I found.

Personally, I would not want to travel more than 15 minutes to try Jeni's Spledid ice creams.

Fast service, despite the sometimes long lines.flavors! I always get the signature in a bowl with a lid. You can choose 3 flavors to try!

Originally went to the scoop shop in Columbus, but it was so good we stopped at this location in St. Louis to get a pint on our way home! Shop is clean and well maintained. Workers were patient, friendly and helpful. Absolutely with the stop on our way home.

Overcharged by mistake; the normal price is also expensive. Your takeout is also expected a tip.

15 dollars for 5 scoops is a lot.

They have dairy free options! As someone who can't have dairy, this was amazing to be able to go to an ice cream shop and actually get some ice cream. It was pretty good as well.

People are very nasty and the shop is dirty and the ice cream is no were near worth the price

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon when there was no other customer and saw a sign saying that due to understaffing, they are not serving scoops, but only pints until later in the day. Mind you, I saw the sign after I paid for parking. This is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to your customers' time. I don't understand why this policy applies when there is no line.

This is a great gem! Staff are friendly, ice cream is delicious, and there are tables and chairs to eat inside. They also have vegan and dairy-free options.
