Jersey Mike's Subs, Joplin MO

Very disappointed in the staff. I placed a pick up order and my son went to get it. He told staff the name on the order and they told him okay we'll get right on it. 40 mins later he still had not received our order. 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips, that was the order. Unfortunately we probably won't eat there again.

I’ve tried to stop 3 times but there is NEVER any parking. Between the ATT store and Jersey Mike’s they need twice the parking. You’re giving Firehouse the business which I’m sure they love because every time we’ve tried to go to Jersey Mike’s we just drive around the corner to Firehouse to be able to park. Get a better location!

Great food. Great atmosphere. An excellent place to dine. I recommend #13 the original Italian mikes way

The staff are absolute sweethearts! Made me smile after having a rough day and made very good sandwiches. I’d never had Jersey Mike’s before so it was a good introduction!:)

Sandwiches here at this place are phenomenal probably one of the very best places that I've ever had a great I mean great Philly cheesesteak sub

This was the first time I have been to jersey Mike's. And it will be the last. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. The bread was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, the meat had no flavor, the only thing I could taste was the onion. Worst cheesesteak ever. My son had the club and said that it was good. He may go back but I won't.

I have Celiac Disease and must follow a strict gluten free diet. I never eat out due to bad experiences with cross contamination. My son encouraged me to try Jersey Mikes. What a great experience! The staff was so very friendly, well trained and knowledgeable. My sandwich was amazing. I am so happy to know there is somewhere safe to eat locally.

Service was a little slow. However, it was lunchtime. The food was amazing. The juice lived up to its name. We will be back!

Excellent day staff from slicers to cashier. The subs are always on point and sauced and spiced appropriately.

Love Jerseys Mike's, I loved eating it as a kid and haven't been able to get one in almost 8 year since I moved to neosho and I so happy they opened a Jerseys Mike's in Joplin. The only thing is they need to bring back the Ruben

Sandwiches were good, employees were nice, got our food pretty fast the only thing I didn't like was the loud music. I know music makes an atmosphere fun I get that but for it to be loud and having a hard time hearing an employee or my husband I was eating with.was a bit much other than that we will definitely be back

Typically good, but tonight not so much. I ordered a regular 56 no peppers of any kind. They made it wrong twice. I repeatedly told them no peppers and they continued to ask if I wanted mushrooms or onions. It is a simple order and they couldn't get it right.

The staff was very rude when I came here with my mom and fiance. We were going to stay and eat in the restaurant but we felt so disrespected that my mom had to leave while I finished our order. I guy who topped our sandwiches seemed like he did not want to be there and that we were bothering him by getting toppings on our sandwiches. Very disappointed.

My wife, and kids, LOVE this place! Thanks for coming to Joplin.we have divorced: Fire House, Subway, and Jimmy johns.

The food was just another sandwich. And there should be more than 2 choices of cheese. The service could have been better. The cashier was very impatient. My mom was on the phone asking my step-dad what he wanted from there and she just kept asking us if we wanted our food rang up as combos. I finally said give us a minute she's getting another order over the phone. We won't becoming back in here.

It was OK-ish just because of the breads. Although the vegetables are very fresh, I gave it an OK-ish rating because there is no option of different kinds of breads, only one kind.
I'll stick to my favorite Subway sandwiches.
