I love Dr. Davis and have been coming to this office for years. Even before she joined this office.
I'm not sure what is going on with the Staff that is running the front office. They are argumentative and crass. I have never EVER had any problems until recently.
They even answer the phone like you are bothering them by calling.

Dr. Davis 5 stars! The front office 1 star. Good luck getting in to see her though.

I absolutely love Dr Davis. Even though it’s a long drive for me from Olathe, KS it’s worth it.

Dr. Davis is amazing! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains all solutions that she can provide. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lab is excellent and is truly skilled in her trade.

Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. I trust her implicitly with my health care needs.

The office is well-run and Dr. Davis is an exceptional doctor. She listens to her patients and is compassionate, and treats the whole person. She also uses referrals appropriately; some primary providers now are almost like secretaries, referring every problem out. On most things, Dr. Davis gets some basic answers first and then refers patients to a specialist when it’s actually needed. It keeps you from having a doctor for every part of your body!

I love that I can call and leave a message for Dr. Davis through the medical assistant. I just would rather talk to one of them without having to make an appointment. I wish the MA would call back the next day and talk to me as it is hard to put all your questions or thoughts on the voice mail.

Timely appointments with the doctor. Dr. Davis always take the time to visit, discuss and explain the ailment with the patient. Always relieved to know I can be helped and am ok.

Doctor & all worker here very friendly. They are take care business very professional. Thank you for take care me and saves my life's.

Will reccomond her she took time to talk to my parents and I when I injured my back. She saw my parents next day and took the time too visit with us she made my parents laugh reccomond her.

While Dr. Davis may be a good Dr, I will never return to this office again except to get my records for the one time I did visit. For starters, maybe I’m old fashioned but the professionalism as far as dress code goes was shocking. Looked more like there were going out to work in the yard. So for the real problems I had with this office. Where do I start. Having the assistant come in and take my blood pressure and them turning to look at me for the reading was kinda shocking. Ok so she’s young and still learning. I went to a Dr.s office, not KU where there are medical students still learning. Next I go to have blood drawn and a urine sample submitted. I do have another story to tell about the robotics of that. So I get home and wait for my results. Meanwhile I am absolutely miserable with a UTI. So what happens next? I am called back to tell me they LOST my urine sample. Really! How does that happen. Because of my work schedule I had to wait a few days before I could drive 27 miles back to submit another one. I was not feeling good an was a little confused when I first walked in hoping I was in the right place. The woman at the desk looked at me as if I was crazy. I did not appreciate that at all. It took just a second to realize I was at the right place. Then continued to say I was back to give another urine sample. They took me back and acted like it was no big deal. So finally. The results come back I have a UTI, no kidding. Ok, so now I am made to sign up for there portal which was confusing. But ok, figured it out. That’s where I have to get my results. Guess what I read the results and it states, I have a UTI, my LDL level is high and I am diabetic. Recommendations, start a low carb/sugar diet and exercise program. That’s it! Now I’m diabetic and that’s what I have to work with. No pamphlet, or here are some resources. I have no clue how this works. Thankfully I have found some resources. Now for the next half. So I get my bills from LabCore. And guess what I got charged for two urine cultures. You got it. They billed for the one they lost and the second one I had to resubmit. Ok no big deal, I’ll just call the office and get it straightened out. So I tell the first girl what they issue is, then I get passed off to another girl, explain the same thing and she has the nerve to tell me, “well we don’t show that we lost a urine sample”. And maybe labcore made a mistake. OMG! Are you kidding me! So they billed for the first time I went in and the second time to resummit the first on they lost. Both billed on the exact dates I went in. NEVER AGAIN! BTW I called lab core. Not there mistake.

First time visit with Dr. Davis. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I felt very comfortable almost immediately.

She is understanding, compassionate, and actually LISTENS to me. It took me a decade to find a doctor like that.

Able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Davis was attentive and thorough, ordered lab work for evaluation. Nurse called with results. Results posted in patient portal in timely manner.

Dr. Davis is honest and very attentive to my needs. She listens and responds quickly to messages on the Healow app. I am fairly new to her and this office and I have been impressed. I have also referred friends and family to Arborwalk Family Care.

Caring Provider! Takes the time to listen to your concerns and then takes action on your concerns. The office personnel responds to messages in a timely manner. Dr. Jessie Davis is the best. I will be moving across town and will still have her as my physician.
