Jetz Service Co Inc reviews
20I worked for the Kansas City location and wouldn’t recommend anyone work here, if you’re looking for a career. A bunch of grown men constantly gossip like teenagers, all your hard work gets unnoticed and they decide if they want to pay you your PTO when leaving the company.
If you live an apartment or anywhere that uses these machines, steer clear! The machines are very faulty and fail to connect properly every single time. Laundry shouldn’t have to be this much of a struggle
Jetz has been a very efficient and quality service for at home W/D rentals. They squeezed me in for a delivery and install within days of calling for a quote. Had a small issue with the dryer a month later and they had someone out a day later for repair! Robert serviced the dryer and dealt with my crazy dog peeing himself while being pet/ barking/ and tail wagging. Seriously appreciate Jetz customer service and kind and easy going techs! The W/D models aren’t fancy, but they get the job done and have handled our delicates and our king sized comforter and sheets with ease.
This company has managed laundry services at a number of facilities I’ve managed and been at and it’s pretty lukewarm at best. You may get someone from a call center to pick up the call, but as far as fulfilling service tickets and fixing machines, we’ve had machines down for months at times.
Jet is always prompt to come repair. The web site for the Clearing Apts says MODERN LAUNDRY FACILITIES and shows a photo of 3 front loading washers. Very deceitful. The washer in my building is small and 22 yrs old. Last week they came to Clearing 3 times for call concerning broke machines. The washer went up to $2 per load PLUS they are now charging tenants for water. Is there any plans in the near future to replace our washers? Ty
I have lived in my apartment complex for 5 years and have never had reliable laundry service. My apartment complex advertises a laundry room as an amenity when they really shouldn't because the machines never work. I've probably lost well over $100 the last 5 years with Jetz machines. The machines never get replaced. They can fix small issues but refuse to fix any large issues.
I have called customer service 3 separate times to get my refund. Each time their answering service tells me I’ll receive a refund as well as a follow up call from Jetz. I have not once received either. This company now owes me $10 in total lost funds (all accrued in the 3 week period I’ve lived at my new apartment) due to their faulty machines. Having a monopoly on these apartment laundry rooms should be a crime. You’re much better off going to your mom & pop laundromat. Screw you, Jetz.
We've had the same faulty machines in our apartment building since 2008. I've been refunded multiple times, and put in several work order requests, all to no avail. The machines have the same problems week in and week out, regardless of what the "technicians" write on the service cards. It's a shame the good people that live in my building have to suffer because of the lazy and uncaring staff at Jetz. Worst laundry business by far.
Unresponsive, rude staff that seem more interested in pushing you off onto someone else, low-quality machines that are constantly breaking and a ridiculous design philosophy that FORCES you to use their app make Jetz an absolutely garbage-tier company. They're so bad that if I saw them at a complex I was seriously considering moving into I would disregard it entirely. Nothing is worth this hassle.
Terrible service I literally call almost everyday for the same washer and they keep lying saying it’s fixed or someone came but I can assure you no one comes like they suppose to but I guaranteed they on time to get that change out they machines once yo machine is broke prepare to go to the laundromat or next building because they not fixing it.better business bureau it is… better yet lemme find the owner home and I will be there!
By far the worst laundry company I’ve had at any apartments. They give us two beat up washers and two beat up dryers. Of the 2 one is card only one is online only. Half the time the online one doesn’t work or won’t connect. To top it off, their customer support is non existent. Highly recommend avoiding if possible. Would be 0 starts if that was an option
It’s been over three months since you were made aware of our broken washer at the Bridges apartment. I’ve called so many times only to be told “we will be out next week”. Yet still … nothing. We are going on four months and just because someone changes the sticker date to a recent one doesn’t mean it hasn’t been that long. Someone in your office actually told me that you guys wait about two months before even addressing a maintenance request. Do better. I’ve lived here three years, this is an ongoing issue with your service.
Tried to review again, but I guess I can only do one. Still waiting Jetz … I believe since November. Do better. I’ll be the one calling Monday morning.
Got to say I was expecting a long wait for my repair, usually 6-8 weeks minimum; Gilbert was out here in a week and even arrived with the needed part for a no-waiting repair! Had to order a part for another very old machine & was able to get installed very quickly. A big "thank you" to Jona, in the office, for great customer service & scheduling!
I live in an apartment complex that uses Jetz. It isn’t worth 2 dollars per washer and dryer. It isn’t even worth 1 dollar each. My laundry room currently has 3 working washers and 4 working dryers. Anytime anyone calls they get a voicemail. Joke of a company.
This is the 2nd apt complex I have lived in that uses this worthless company. I have lived in current apt for over a year and the dryer has been trash since I moved here. My landlord has called them numerous tomes and all they do is lie. They have greased it so.muc it now sounds like a Sherman tank and today when I did la7ndry I have over $3000.00 worth 9f ruined work clothes. They are covered in black grease. I am going to file a complaint to the better business bureau. This company needs shut down. They are as crooked as the day as the day is long. Jetservice u suck.
This company is awful! Their service is terrible and will constantly lose your requests for service so that for the majority of the time their equipment is not even functional. Landlords, do not sign a lease agreement with them.
Worst do not get your equipment from here. Washer broke down every month and they refused to adequately fix it or issue me another one.
Worst customer service ever! I hope they get bankrupt soon and nobody even remembers their company's name.
Worst servicing company - I've lived in my complex since may I don't think there has ever been a time the machines worked properly or was cleaned or any care or service at all. I constantly have to call on them which shouldn't be my job. This is ridiculous.and they raised the price
Just spoke with Julie - a manager for the Kansas City locations. I called and left a message for her a week ago and she didn't return it. As a company they don't care that they don't service the machines, and that the customers have to waste there time and money on machines that are broken in one form or another and not labeled as such and it's not obvious to the residents. I've have to call on multiple machines since moving in to the community in June 2022. I simply asked for a refund for all the soap and cleaning products I keep wasting putting it in the machines. She said it's not company policy, and they're public machines.no they're machines for the community. I recorded the conversation as its legal to do so here in Kansas & Missouri as I am party to it. This is ridiculous
Once again after only 2 months.the washing machine in our apartment building broke again. Called to fill out a service call To my surprise there was a technician out the next day. Don't know what the issue was but they put a not in service sticker on it. And that was over a month ago. They raise the prices on washing and drying clothes but still using the same broke down machines.maximizing profit by duct taping the machines together. You would think a company this big would have spare machines to draw parts from.
