2Top notch builder, The owner is a terrificand dedicated to his employees and first and foremost There Customers. They are all about making the home building experience a memorable one from ground breaking to final clean and through out the warranty process.
We bought a JFE house. It is a beautiful house and was built in 2015. But lots of things were wrong a few years after we moved in. Driveway has a dip. The front door was half inch installed out of level within 4 feet and no sheetrock under the trim. Gutters are all pitched backwards. The house was not fully trimed outside and was leaking water. Storm shelter door was not even
attached and fell off in the 4th year. All the grout on the floor tiles is cracking and the tiles became loose. The master bedroom shower floor has several large cracks in it. We kept fixing things during past 2 years. Hope we won't find anything wrong any more.
