The process was run like a well oiled machine.haha. They were incredible to watch.their communication was similar to the line in a high end restaurant- full communication with each other and me. They were fast, thorough, kind and NO PRESSURE. My car is running smoothly- I am 100% happy. Go here.

Craig was alsome and he told me about the oil change and Mr King was cool he gelled my air thanks yall.

They got me in and out after checking my tires. Very friendly and told me that 3 out of 4 tires were low on air.

Mike and Ralph are the best to do it. You won’t get this service at other jiffy lives they really go above and beyond

I liked this location. The young men working there all seemed to be quality individuals.

However, I asked for the reminder notice to be set for 5k miles, and the sticker was set for 3. When I request something, I expect it to be done per my directive. But aside from that oversight (if that's what it was), I would recommend this location.

I got some really good advice for my oil change on my new-to-me vehicle. They even accepted my coupon. I hate driving over that hole in the garage, so they took care of it. Everyone was very nice and even vacuumed the van and cleaned the windows. Other locations stopped doing that. They were really nice and I'll be back to that location it was quick n easy!
