They did an oil change and forgot input my radiator cap back on causing permanent damage to my engine. Do not use Jiffy Lube!

Super punctual and efficient oil change. I arrived right as they were opening one day, and they were quick to welcome me in and get started. Communicative and thorough but not too pushy about extra services - I'll definitely be back!

The manager, Anthony, was super helpful and informative and made everything simple so I could understand.

Brought my van in last week for oil change. Of course they tried to up-sale everything and said my belt was cracked. Then they said there was transmission and oil leaks. I had just passed inspection so I was shocked to hear this! Then they said there was metal shavings in my brake fluid. I even called back and had him repeat it to me. I just checked and there are no leaks and no metal shavings in brake fluid. Very shady, never again

I frequently go to this location to get my car looked at. They are always friendly, and make it super easy to bring your car in for services. I would highly recommend coming to this location as no appointments are needed for oil changes. The workers are fast and efficient so you never have to wait long. Great place and I will continue to do business with them.

Here's the deal! Had an oil change in less than 15 minutes I didn't even have to get out the car. Now that's service I can hang with.

A large branch got lodged in the underside of my vehicle after a storm when I was driving. Herb lifted up the SUV and dislodged it. Thanks, Herb!

They are professional friendly and communicate well. I like to pay by text feature so I can pick up the car anytime. Plus the location is very convenient

Wow! This is what an efficient oil change should be. Speedy and every mechanic was helpful and friendly. Was out of there in an hour or so.

I went earlier to Chrysler dealership for 7 AM morning appointment - sat outside service center for 12+ minutes - 4-6 employees with no masks, gloves or social distancing - left and went to this Jiffy Lube at 8 AM - they wore gloves, masks, social distanced -did everything while I stayed in car.
Their respect for my safety was impressive - I will go here from now on and forget the dealership - WELL DONE

I have had my car's oil changed here a few times. Each time they have been professional and have taken care of things quickly and I would recommend this business to anyone else in need of such service. They will suggest other work that can be done, but they don't push it. One thing I like about this Jiffy Lube is that there are a couple staff members who are quite experienced and seem to be around all the time. I think this means that the newer people working there can learn from their experience, but also there is less likelihood that mistakes will be made. (I have taken my car to a couple other places for oil changes where the staff were well-intentioned, but just weren't sure what they were doing. In one instance a guy overfilled my tires quite a bit because he didn't know how to read the pressure gauge. -A mistake anyone new to reading gauges could make. I don't think that would happen at this Jiffy Lube.)

Got my oil changed today and the service was phenomenal! Brandon got me in quickly, answered questions and was so kind and helpful! I like coming to Jiffy Lube but this is my new favorite location! Would recommend!

The crew was able to get me in and out in a timely manner before work! Very efficient, and even warned me that I had about 1,000 left before actually needing a change. 10/10 recommend!

Great team! I was helped by multiple people so they ensured I could get in & out as quickly as possible. They did not price gouge me; rather offered me the oil they thought was the best option for my car, which was not the most expensive choice. And explained everything they did. My truck broke down just down the road, engine overheated, battery dead, engine light on, every type of warning and beeping. Checked under the hood and I had an engine belt that disintegrated. Called jiffy lube and they said they could help. So got towed to the shop and honestly got excellent service. The tech was genuinely concerned about making sure there were no other issues and tried to make sure there wasn't any other reasons the belt failed other than old age, fixed the problem and tried to find out anything else that would prevent me from safely driving home. Very knowledgeable very honest and very glad I broke down where I did. Nice to know good people still exist in this world. Guy just did his job, by helping me, and he deserves a raise, because I get the feeling he didn't just treat me right, he probably treats everyone else right as well.
