Jiffy Lube, Fenton MO

I knew I was going to pay close to $100 for an oil change but waited for over an hour and one car in three bays was served in an hour. A simple oil change takes 10 minutes tops. I was one of three people today that just got tired of waiting and left. This place is a joke four people running around doing basically nothing.

Company apparently doesn't share the right info with their other stores because I got directed twice from 2 different stores to other stores for drive in emissions tests and they all tell me they arent able to do them so thats about an hour of my day gone for nothing. I dont ever write reviews for anything so consider this a pretty stupid situation on this companies part.

This is the only place I will get my oil changed. They don't hassle you for anything, they simply show you what is going on with your car, so you can see it first hand. Plus the prices are very good.

I had my oil changed when I got to work the next day thought I had a leak which I did not they drove all the way to the city where I work at Shriners Hospital in the city that is above great service thank you so much they are the best

My Husband and I went there to get new Spark Plugs for his Kia. The Dealership was going to charge us over $400, I called around and found they would charge us $150. I have to say they all were friendly, and did a great job! We were in and out in no time.

Very friendly, professional, efficient, considerate. Did not pressure me into spending more money on parts/services I didn't need.

Went to Jiffy Lube for oil change for first time. Had a good amount of oil leaking on my garage floor afterwards. This has never happened in the hundreds of oil changes I've had done at other places over the years. Will never use them again.

I like the way I was taken care of by Dakota and the way the technicians took care of my vehicle. Everything was explained thoroughly and safety CDC guidelines were followed by me staying in my vehicle while the work was done.

Jiffy lube is the best place to go for oil change. They are great on prices and the staff there is very friendly and make sure your car is good to go before you leave.

My wife brought our car in for an oil change. They returned it to her without fully replacing the skid plate. The car was then driven on the interstate where the skid plate immediately caught the roadway and was nearly ripped from the underside of the vehicle.

The car was brought back the same day. Jiffy Lube refused to acknowledge their mistake, claiming the skid plate "could have already been damaged". It was not. They would not even reattach it properly. All they did was zip tie the plate to the underside of our car. We now must pay a real mechanic $250 to replace the skid plate Jiffy Lube is responsible for damaging.

I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone who values their vehicle.

If it were possible to rate higher than 100% I absolutely would. A million out of ten.

After calling about covid 19 precautions I felt comfortable taking my vehicle to get an oil change at this location. The first gentleman was not wearing a mask, however another gentleman named Brandon helped me wearing a mask the entire time. I was able to stay in my vehicle and felt safe the entire time.

They did not put the oil we requested in my husband's car, but still charged us for it. AND they put the wrong filter in the car as well!

Great service from great guys on 6/12. These guys didn’t try to pressure me and simply let me know the status of my vehicle. Even asked me about my wipers. May be standard but I appreciated the care and friendly smiles from these guys.
So glad I came here instead of my dealers location.

I was impressed with the information recieved about the services available and recommended. The staff was knowledge and a pleasure to work with.

I had to wait a couple minutes to get "checked in" while in my car, but the nice thing about Jiffy Lube is that I know they'll come to me when they can. They finished with the customer before me fairly quickly and it seemed even quicker to finish my oil change! It's always a good experience at Jiffy Lube.

Great guys. Helped out alot, very friendly even though I know I caught them right at the end of their shift they were awesome about it.

Quick and friendly service- happy to stay in my own car while work is being completed. The guys were done before I even settled in and I appreciate the value of both of our time. Hope to be back again-

I called a head for a price check and spoke with Bill. Once i got the the location at gravios bluff the process was easy. He explained everything very well and helped me out with all the things that i will need to get done soon. Both techs on duty were extremely friendly and very professional. I will most definitely be a returning customer! Highly recommended!
