Jiffy Lube, Kansas City MO

If you need a state inspection, don’t come here. Their website advertises that they do them (this location specifically), but they told me they haven't done them in 4-5 years.

I went to this shop to ask a simple question regarding an OD ID scan. I was not sent here by anyone. I waited in the lobby for over 5 minutes. I saw a woman out servicing a vehicle through the window and she immediately got an attitude about me waiting in the lobby. Nobody came to help answer my SIMPLE question. So I proceeded to call regarding what I needed. She picked up the phone and introduced herself as a service tech for Jiffy Lube, then I asked her my question. She interrupted me and told me her boss isn't there and that I needed to go to St Louis (50+ miles away) because no one will help me with this today, and that people are being sent to this shop from a call center and there's nothing they can do. No one sent me here. I hope y'all get shut down for not even wanting to answer a question. That's what's you're mad about? Red hair ponytail and glasses.

Today was my first visit at Parkville MO Jiffy Lube. Upon arrival Customer Service was "Great". I was alert when I was asked to step out Jesus and I Vehicle so the Worker drove inside the bay. Both workers were friendly and kind as well as knowledge of their career. "Great" Team. I believe their names Jamie and Haley they are "Unsung Heroes" deserves increase and/or paid day off. Both of them has/are respented Your brand very well. They are real keepers. I can share other experiences about other locations workers but want.

They were quick and it was a hundred dollars cheaper for the rotors and brakes than previously quoted at other auto shops. They also fixed some other minor issues without me asking them.

This location was great. I take my company car to Jiffy or similar places. In the past 2 years, the closest 2 Jiffy locations have told me they no longer rotate tires on a Nissan rogue or anything taller than a standard car due to height limitations in the shop above the lift. The group at this location found that strange and was happy to complete all of the service required based on my current mileage: oil & filter, air/cabin filter, and tire rotation. Thank you!

Best location! The workers here are so nice and take the time to explain everything they are doing.

The store manager works at doing what is needed and a few others but the DM and a couple other that work for him are shady in there selling means and push more and I hate that in a company or store. I like those that are honest and forthcoming and not scripted like person. If you like that then you go for it. That is all I have to say.

Fast friendly service. On the higher price side but they are efficient and friendly. They also let you know what's needed in the future.

The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. The waiting room was clean with nice chairs and a tv to watch while I waited which wasn’t very long.

The service I received was outstanding! They had extraordinary customer service. They made sure I got the best price for the service my car needed!

They are always fast and courteous when I go there. Always a great experience and I give them my highest recommendation.

Last time I came in for a oil change they told me I needed my breaks replaced. I came in yesterday for oils change and break replacement and was told mechanic was out and to come back tomorrow. Went the next day and they checked out my breaks and said it didn’t need replacement after all and I got my oils changed. They where helpful in making sure I would be able to get my car serviced correctly and not pay anymore than I need too. I’ve gone there several times for a oil change and everything is done quickly and very nice people!

Amazing service and super fast. Was done in about 15 min and price was actually a bit lower than expected. Really friendly too!

Got an oil change which was supposed to be full synthetic. I went in with just over 33K and the reminder they gave me was for just 36K. Synthetic oil should be good for at least 7,500 miles. What’s up with that? Don’t want to pay another $97 dollars in 3,000 miles.

Been coming here for years with multiple vehicles. They do a great job, and I love the free top off deal!

Just come here for oil changes, price is reasonable until u get to the more expensive "high milage oils". My opinion just get your normal oil change and add a lower friction quality oil based add on from oriley or autozone

The filter on the LEFT is the properly sized filter for my truck. The filter on the RIGHT is what jiffy lube put on my truck. Didn’t find out until it was time for another oil change. Also they lost the crush washer to my drain plug, so this helps to further explain why my truck was leaking fluid. Update:
My truck is an ‘07 Ford F-150 5.4L
