The team at jiffy lube was fantastic, customer service was excellent Taylor and Jon were professional, quick and knowledgeable. Recommend this store to anyone who need a service.

I've been changing my oil trying to save a dime. I went to change my oil, oil drained, oil plug put back in, could Not get oil filter off. Had my car towed to Jiffy Lube on North Oak Traffic way. The guys had my car rolling and on the rode in twenty minutes. Saved my rear. I only need 150,000 miles more. 2008

They were super nice on the oil change! Got to sit in my car so very convenient. The 2 guys there were cracking us up! 10/10 experience

Taylor and his staff went out of the way to do a great job. They topped off the fluids, changed the air filter and even vacuumed out my truck cab per request. He went above and beyond with customer service. I'd go back again.

Did very well. Was very quick and easy. Did offer me stuff that I didn't need like my spark plugs changed. If you know anything about engines spark plugs do not need to be changed until they die.

Had broken sip stick so I had to pull it out for the then they soved it down so for where I couldn't reach it and didn't say nothing thanks Taylor and Joe for screwing up my car they don't know what there doing

Jake from State Farm 'without the khakis" was awesome, very professional but personable. By far, the best customer experience I have had at this Jiffy Lube location, which has serviced my cars for years. He took great care of my son as well. I hope to see Jake the next time I need an oil change.

By far the most accommodating service EVER! I very highly recommend and the guy who runs it is so polite and friendly! Twice now would not change oil because it was not due for another 1000 miles. Changed my wipers within minutes, checked tires, topped of fluids and checked headlights all for around $50 and only 15 minutes of time. LOYAL customer for as long as I am in KC!
