Jiffy Lube, Columbia MO

My car hasn’t been running right ever since I left. The antifreeze was supposed to be topped off and wasn’t. I can feel a big difference. I’m taking it to the shop

They got me in and out quickly with reasonable prices. Gave me all information up front, no hidden fees. Thx guys, see ya next car issue.

All the employees were extremely friendly and made sure to go over everything with me! One of them, even had a good idea about having a rescue animal at the business that everyone could pet and love on, while they wait! I loved the idea and mentioned how a car dealership was doing exactly that; which is why I would travel the extra distance to buy my next car and the extra 30 miles to continue coming here! Rescues show that the business have a heart!

Store was supposed to be open at 0730 and did not open until 0830, because only one employee was at work on time.

Great service. The manager was very informative and made sure to explain what my car needed and price points so i could make an informed decision!

I normally have good experiences here but I'm taking a star off due to my last visit being less than stellar. I'm not sure why but the guys seemed rushed this time, and although I appreciated that the service was pretty fast overall, when they pulled my car around there was oil on every surface the tech had touched (door handles inside and out, the frame of the vehicle underneath and to the side of the door, the center console, arm rests, the steering wheel, the gear shift and the ignition button) as if the tech was covered in oil up to his elbows. This is the first time I've ever experienced this here, and I've come here regularly with my last two vehicles for the last 5-6 years. Hopefully this was just a one-off thing.

My car was next in line, and it took over an hour forward. To be serviced, there were a lot of new people. They were nice, but not very well. Trained as far as customer service. There was no TV going And I had my grandchildren with me. This is the first time in this state using Jiffy Lube. In Oregon, you sit in the car. A third car on the other side was getting looked at before mine was even moved in to the Bay.

Absolutely incompetent
Did not know how to use the lift.
Did not know how to use torque wrench.
Could not use computer to apply discounts of any type (have been able to in the past)
Took 2 hours.
Was more expensive than most places in town.
I will never be back and tell everyone I know to steer clear.

Paris Rd location Columbia Mo.
We took our 2017 Chevy Silverado Pick up in for an oil change on 7/21/23 at 9: 01am. We had a $20 off coupon that we printed off of their website we did not get that $20 they said it wouldn't scan, so at checkout we got a senior discount of $18. We have always printed out their coupons and this was the first time we've ever had any trouble with it.

They did not top off our windshield washer fluid, they did not check our air pressure in our tires, they did not vacuum it out, they did not wash the outside of the windows, they brought in an air filter and said we needed one and that one didn't even have 5,000 miles on it. There was oil all over the lobby floor where the customer sit from the employees sitting in there with oily shoes so we waited outside. It was the worst service that we have ever gotten there and it ended up costing us $122.37
I would NOT refer anyone to use this location!

I got in here immediately! Location, location, location. The one downtown had a 45 minute -1 hr waiting time. I understand everyone's circumstances are different, but it might be worth a minute to check out different locations and their " busy-ness" at the time. It truly was a QUICK CHANGE too!

We wanted a simple oil change. We asked they did not change any filters this time around. They proceeded to pull all filters anyways. After the car was done the A. C.quit working. It was working fine before the oil was changed. They took the car back in and pretended to look at it and denied it could be anything they did. They refused to talk to my husband and make it right until we called cooperate. Very unprofessional, rude, and untrustworthy. We just wanted a simple make it right because we have small children and this heat is critical, and instead they blew us off. I would not recommend. This is the Second time this has happened. We thought maybe a coincidence but clearly not a second time. There will be l know third time.

Took my newer vehicle in for a simple oil change and they told me I had some kind of leak. Took it to Firestone the weekend after and paid for a $10 inspection and there was no leak. My fiancée took his well taken care of slightly older vehicle in a couple months later and they gave him the same run down. Telling him he had a "leak". Believe them at your own risk, but do your own research somewhere else.

May 23rd. 2023, around 3: 30 PM. Jiffy Lube on Paris Rd. In Columbia MO, the manager is Tanner. The crew failed to bolt the skid plate back onto my 2022 Honda civic, and as a result the front dropped down on the highway and bent it up, and damaged plastics and lost the other retaining clips. I would add zero stars if that were an option. They said they will make it right, if they repair it up to OEM standards at no cost to me then I will remove this bad review.

Had an oil change, air filter and tire rotation. They knocked all of this out in 30 minutes and even cleaned off my windshield. Excellent and professional service at this location!

Not only did they destroy my motor on New Year's Eve but I had to take them to small claims court to get awarded money to repair my car after the District manager denied the claim from jump when it was only obvious that they was at fault. Now after being awarded the claim, come to find out district manager still didn't turn in my claim to the parent company, Precise Velocity Auto. I wouldn't reccomend Jiffy Lube in Columbia, Mo.to no one. The judge even said the same thing. SAD! If I could give NO STARS I would. The Matthew Stankey adds a generic comment knowing he has no intentions on correcting the issue. THIS SHALL GO VIRAL!

I waited in my car for my turn and observed why it took longer than usual. I will drive across town to the Nifong Blvd location where I usually go, and would give them 5 Stars from my last several visits.
This location had too many employees spending time watching cell phone screens and not focusing on the vehicle in for service. One guy actually had his cell phone in one hand, watching it, while checking air pressure on the vehicle in front of me. I was in a hurry, so this may be a reason for the poor review, or maybe my standards are too high.

The crew was very professional. I will return again. Big thanks to Tanner, he should be the manager!
