Thank you, Herbert, Daruan J, Edward, and Herbert. These men in there were wonderful. They took care of a lot and did it in a very professional manner. I had an oil change, a cabin filter change, they rotated my tires, and put rain-x on both my front and back windows. They explained everything, and they were extremely helpful. I will be coming back to see them when I need service on my car again. Thank you all again for the great customer service. It's hard to find nowadays.

Amazing customer service! We were coming from out of town purchasing a vehicle we knew needed an oil change before taking it back home! They got us in and were done in 40 minutes! Lights checked, tire pressure added and an oil change! We were on our way!

The service was fine, but it cost twice as much as Walmart. I can wash my own windows for an extra $50 bucks.

My appointment was smooth and easy. I was told by other shops in the area that the logs were too tight on my wheels for them to be rotated. The crew at Jiffy Lube this morning had no issue, and got me back on the road.

They had me go to the waiting room and wouldn't let me stay in my car. It took an hour for my oil change. Check engine light is on when I left my job this morning at 5: 30 am I got the oil change around 9 am Monday.

The staff were very friendly and informative. They suggested additional services but weren't pushy. They got me in and out quickly.

Herb was very nice. However, i went in for an oil change, and the next thing i know there's a kid out there cleaning my windows. If you have black paint, you know it shows scratches badly. If your car is dirty and you wipe the paint, the dirt scratches the paint. Well it appears the window cleaner dripped down onto my paint, and the kid just wiped it off my dirty paint with his rag, almost certainly causing micro-scratches/"spiderwebs". I came here for an oil change.just change my oil. Why are you washing my windows? It wasnt even a good window wash. Streaks all over windows.and if you include window cleaning at least ask the customer if they want it done. ALL of the extra stuff you all do should get ran by the customer first. Now i get to spend my free time buffing out scratches. Will be the last time i take my vehicle there for an oil change. If you have a nice car and care about it, just do the oil change yourself or take it somewhere with professionals who keep it simple, understand and actually care about your vehicle.

I have taken my car to the St. Charles Zumbehl location for several years and the experience has always been great. The employees also provided excellent services and information. They have never been pushy, which I like. This is why I continue to have my cars serviced here.
