Jiffy Lube, Springfield MO

Everyone is really nice. They don't force anything on you. No pressure at all. This is about the farthest Jiffy Lube from me, and it's the only one I go to.

They are absolutely amazing I came in and needed an oil change I asked about windshield wipers and they got those fixed for me got me new ones and my filter in my car was really really dirty so they changed that for me and that was amazing I want to make sure that my family is able to breathe clean air so I really appreciate it they always do an amazing job I have never had a single problem with them I feel comfortable around them they were also sweet enough to check my tire pressure and air up my tires for me so now traveling out of town will be easy and I feel relieved thank you very much you guys are amazing.

Had a family emergency and needed to make sure vehicle was road ready and oil change they were knowledgeable and very helpful and made sure my family was taken care of for our trip.very friendly

I was impressed. Not trying to upsell, recommended a coupon, vacuumed my car. They went above and beyond. I will be back. The guy with ear gauges and Shaun were very nice.

Came in week ago and had a great experience. Came in today with another vehicle and another great experience. Not the fastest but they are super nice, informative and they keep an extremely clean shop. Seem to be honest and not pushy. I Will be back. Much different than the Jiffy Lube experiences I had 20 years ago.

I have never been to a Jiffy Lube. That actually helped and cared about their customers.this was a wonderful experience. It's and very helpful in caring staff. I will continue to go and continue to support this location. Wonderful caring staff. That were not there just to upsell they actually cared and told you about what was going on!

I've been here twice now for an oil change. Very nice guys. They don't try to sell you anything or get you to buy anything more than what you asked for. Reasonably priced. Very quick. Great customer service.

This Jiffy Lube is the most professional I've ever had service my vehicle.

I typically bring my own oil, and the staff had no issue with this - they quickly let me know what the credit would be with this option. I had a couple other small requests, and the entire staff (above ground, underground, and manager) were enthusiastic about providing the service I requested.

The waiting area is designed like an observation deck (note the image attached to this review). This allows clear observation of the entire service being performed on your vehicle.

Both the oil change and tire rotation were very fast - around 20 minutes. And, according to Google, this is one of the busiest times of day for this location.

As I was sitting here writing this review (in the observation area), the manager just stopped by to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I won't be visiting any other auto service stations!

I was in need of two tires and they didn’t have my size and these guys WENT TO WALMART and bought two for me! Life savers. Thanks guys.

Horribly overpriced oil change. Also needed to get state inspection. Guy was there but couldn't do inspection because they were understaffed. Disappointing.

Brandon was very kind and provided excellent service for my oil change. I do appreciate the diagnostic knowledge to my vehicle that the staff eagerly provides.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I felt like I got hustled here and it toon AGES for a simple oil change. I go here at 10: 10 and was only behind one car to get an oil change and am leaving at noon. "Jiffy" is incredibly misleading. Also they need to have a sign that's says not to pull up after the next car, otherwise the staff will get onto you. Honestly worst car service I have ever received in my life. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Jiffy Lube on West Sunshine St got my oil changed and struts on my car replaced quickly, had some issues with not all problems being dealt with or fixed but Shane was able to help where he could and made sure I was cared for. Would recommend for a quick part change with helpful customer service.

The employees here were awesome in assisting me (even before they were officially open) with a tire blowout. They were friendly, professional, and showed such kindness towards me and my kiddo. I definitely recommend this place and was blessed I stopped just outside this shop on my commute to work.

I want to say thanks to the guys at this shop, very professional, courtesy, kind, I got my oil changed there got 50 percent off on Vererans day, they made me feel appreciated and saved me some money, Thanks Jiffy Lube Fellows!
