Jiffy Lube, Blue Springs MO

I have a car that burns oil so unfortunately I will probably be coming here more than I'd like (I need to see if they have a rewards program). But that said, I came here for the first time today and I absolutely adored Rachel the manager. She's charismatic, charming and she knows what she's doing and manages the employees well. The Nissan dealer recommended I start using Jiffy Lube versus Valvoline because Pennzoil doesn't recycle oil. Hopefully the oil won't burn as easily now but at least now if I have to get my oil changed a lot w Rachel it can be an enjoyable experience

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years with great service. This morning the tech was so rude and unprofessional, that I backed out and left. I'm not sure if I will be going back.

This is the most horrible place. These men appeared to have lil knowledge of a simple oil change. First the man was unsure of what the reverse light was; it was out and I had to tell him it was the reverse light. Yes I should have left right then. Then the man couldn't get the hose right to extract my oil, then they where unaware of taking the top piece off my motor to get to the filter; again I had to tell them their knowledge of the job. Then they was confused as to why their filter was smaller than mine and TRIED to put it in my car, by this time I have asked them several times if they knew what they were doin. I had really had enough at that point. I told them to put my old filter in put oil in my car and I NEED TO GO NOW; 40 mins later hahaha. Then the man checked my oil level WITH MY CAR OFF. I left. I checked my oil and the dip stick read low. I'm 57; grew up with mechanics. I know stuff.never in all my days have I seen such incompetence for a 20 min oil change. I did not trust the work AT ALL. I went to Walmart and got the oil changed for a second time that day. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING.

I was in need of getting my new plates placed on my vehicle since paper permit was about to elapse. I stopped heresince couldnt find my screwdriver and Brandon took care of me. He was very happy to take care of my issue and got to me right away. Please stop by and see Brandon.he WILL take care of your vehicle needs.whatever is needed. THANK YOU BRANDON!

I went in for a oil change and this gentleman Andrew was their help me every step of the way I wouldn't consider myself car savvy but any questions I had he answered right away great customer service and I was in and out in a matter of minutes great job.

I was at the Jiffy Lube in Blue Springs today and got the most amazing service! I only get my oil changed at jiffy lube!

The manager came up and was able to figure out my issue and take care of it for a reasonable cost. I would recommend them anytime.

Had an absolutely great experience at this Jiffy Lube. The staff took great care of me, got the work done quickly, and made sure to communicate any current and future maintenance needs with me. Top notch customer service by Andrew and the team!

These guys were very polite considerate and appreciative of my business. Very rare these days. They were young maybe in there 20's. Impressive for sure I would highly recommend this store and it's services.

Went in for an oil change and left feeling like I'd been treated like family! William was personable, funny and knowledgeable. He seemed genuinely concerned about the care of my vehicle and my safety. Hats off to the crew this morning!

William was did a very good job with my oil change. He was very courteous and explained everything to me.

This Jiffy Lube went way above & beyond. They are setting the bar HIGH for oil changes in Blue Springs. Because we had our kiddo with us, Andrew suggested we just stay in the car during our oil change. What a difference that made! He and William were both so helpful & friendly. And fast! We were in & out of there in about 30 minutes. We’ll definitely be back!
