So I should start by saying I was very skeptical about selling a car to a dealership out of state, however Cary alleviated all my concerns sending proof of business, answering all my questions, and explaining the process. I still couldn't believe it even setting up the appointment for pickup later that same week. Low and behold two very friendly gentlemen showed up, identified themselves as the drivers, looked at the car, went through all the paperwork in depth, and about 30 minutes later my car was purchased hassle free. I would 100% recommend working with Jim Falk Chevrolet as the service and communication is top notch.

We have had exceptional service here through the years. The over forty mile drive for us is well worth it for the service, time and attention we receive as we always feel like valued customers. But the exceptional part to us, is the way we are treated even after the sale is made. We still make the over forty mile trip to bring our vehicles to be serviced here and the guys in the shop go above and beyond to connect with us and always get our issues resolved. A couple months back I was ready to trade in my Fusion for an upgrade, but the original dealership I went to gave a measly offer that I didn't feel was fair. I turned to marketplace hoping to get some more money. Cary reached out with a much better offer that I couldn't refuse. I went to Jim Falk that same day and Cary made the selling experience a breeze. She was well prepared and had everything ready to go when I got there. Just a few signatures later and handing over the keys, I was on my way in no time. Highly recommend going to Cary for all your selling needs.

Edit: to celebrate 100 views in Google, I will elaborate more. I was looking to buy a new truck during the winter of January, I was under the impression the ac was working because the blower was blowing "cold air" the salesman Josh even agreed with me that the Ac worked, so I trusted him. I bought the truck and got their "complimentary multipoint inspection" which showed all my trucks parts in working order, I question the verification of this inspection, because they say they check all the Ac hoses and liquid.

So now we're in the summer of 2023 and my AC isn't working at all, I refill with ac recharge, nothing. I take it back to their dealership service station (5 months later) and now they're asking ME TO COVER THE COST OF FIXING! Those cheaters!
Then they go on review saying "you should be happy with our service. "

Just a basic dealership, their "complimentary multi point inspection" doesn't cover the entirety of the vehicle your purchasing, I don't recommend this place for service or purchase. You don't know what issues you are buying.
