Returned for the third time to try to get my Onstar service fixed. It has not worked since I bought the car apparently. So my first 30 days of free service was a waste of time since they couldn’t hear me. Traveling back and forth with gas prices is becoming aggravating and I’ll have to go back after the replacement microphone (part) is in stock at the dealership.

Went in for oil change, was quick and easy. Had a couple questions about cars on the lot and the salesman was very helpful

Out of towner traveling thru on interstate 44, broke down, towed to this dealership, 2021 gmc sierra 1500 3.0 diesel, thought fuel problem, fuel tested by laboratory to prove it was ok to use, other problems with truck 6weeks to maybe get fixed, mechanical problems that should be covered by warranty, they expect customer to pay bill for
services, check rating before you choose where to go, also had trailer broken into and had items, motorcycle stolen, damage to another while parked on their on their property, good luck to any and all who deal with them

Rude from initial phone call to picking up vehicle. The most unfriendly staff, no smiles, no thank yous. Just rude.

Hi. When we went back for oil change and tire rotations my husband asked them to check left R tire bc sign for low tire pressure was on. They said they ️ everything was fine. The same night I was on highway and find out the pressure was going down to 17. I stopped at the first gas station add more air back to road again and same thing happened.
