Slow, disrespectful, incompetent are what I used to explain the people that work there even on a slow day they are taking there sweet time and on top of that you’ll have people just standing there while other people are working and no matter if it’s a slow day or a rush time they are slow and can’t even make an order with one ingredient in without it taking them 5 minutes they need new management and trainees

Always considered going here and it was worth it. It is pricey but a good treat every now and again.

3 out of 5 of our last orders have been messed up. So frustrating! We love Jimmy John’s but idk what is going on with this location! When you pay $9 for a cold sandwich it should be right

Nice, clean, well managed sandwich shop. We have stopped here for lunch several times when traveling and have never been disappointed.

The owner of this franchise is a crook. I worked there for a week. He still hasn't paided me. Won't return my calls or email. Guess corporate doesn't care either since I told them also.

Jimmy John's provides a quick and reliable meal that is something of an indulgence. I don't know exactly how they make regular cold cuts, regular veggies, and standard mayonnaise taste so good, but somehow it is better than I think I could do at home. Their bread may be the secret. It is simple but quite good. The staff really do make the sandwiches quick. I will often order with the app after work, and the sandwiches will be ready by the time I drive to the place. They also deliver very fast. The only thing I might say about their main competition, Subway, would be that their sandwiches are a little less customizable. This is good and bad, in that they make their standard sandwiches really fast, and they are really good. You just don't have all the choices of the other place. This is usually fine for me, but some may prefer more options.

Very nice young lady didn’t understand the concept of changing gloves after handling money but kindly did upon request but was confused when I wanted her to discard the sandwich she contaminated and proceeded to make said sandwich with new gloves. I met her in the middle and started eating a five dollar bill while waiting for her to finish. 2 stars because she was trying to work for a living.

Love Jimmy John’s subs! This particular location is always very fast, friendly and super clean!

Person behind counter was so quite I had to ask several times to repeat himself, music was blaring and Sandwich took 10 minutes to get so no definitely not "freaky fast"! Usually have good service but not tonight!

Ordered the veggie sandwich. It was basically a iceberg lettuce sandwich with a piece of cheese, a token piece of tomato, a couple of very thin cucumber slices, and maybe a bit of onion. Again, pretty much a lettuce sandwich. We will not return.

Hadn’t been in a Jimmy John’s in probably 8 years or more, thought I’d try it out since I needed plywood at Home Depot. Wow, what a surprise! Food was so much better than I remembered. Got a #10. Recommend! The gals makin the sandwiches were great as well.

Trying to figure out how they pass their audits. Out of all times I've been, they have only got my order right once. Most likely because I actually went into the store that one time. The dark haired girl with the piercing still has a bad attitude, so obviously management is MIA.

I like Jimmy Johns but this location is just really really slow.

Best deli in the area. Quality is top notch. You get what you pay for at this shop. All the staff were professional and friendly - and these subs are fantastic! Same as the northern east coast style. Thank you JJ's in osage beach - keep up the great work

Same as the last comment. Girl st the window was extremely rude to us. Made my wife feel uncomfortable ordering, be abuse it seemed like ba inconvenience to listen to customer. Bottom line your staff reflects your business and this one is poor, I will never be back.
