Great customer service. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was fresh and made correctly with the customizations. The perfect place to grab a quick lunch.

This Jimmy John's is tolerable.

I initially was going to leave a two star review with an explanation (I have ordered 4 times from this store, and the first three took 30-50 minutes each - not exactly speedy).

However, after waiting approximately an hour on my 4th order from this store, I checked my receipt and realized I had made an error and scheduled a future delivery.

I called the store, and the manager was able to fix my mistake and even discounted the food (again, even though it was my mistake). So he was really awesome, and that is why I am leaving a 4 star review today.

If a 3.5 was possible, that would be most accurate. This store has never been speedy, but the food is exactly what you expect.

Curbside. Well, ordered and paid for two jumbo sandwiches, got one. Ordered and paid for mayo packets for 6 sandwiches. Didn't get one. No receipt in box. You can't pull up your order to fix it unless you get their app and make an account.

Fast with getting the food done for pick up but when walking in to get it, it seems kind of judgy.

The two gentlemen that worked on 6/11/2023 at 3: 00 were absolute angels, so kind! If I could give this place 100 stars I would.

I always get the #11 turkey ham and Swiss with jalapeño chips…Smashes every time.
Although the sandwich was great the eating area was not the cleanest so I opted to take my food with me hence the 4stars.
There were dirty tables and food on the floors from previous dine in customers. Could have been a lunch rush, however there were 3 gentlemen working behind the counter. 2 making sandwiches and 1 taking the orders.
When I arrived no one was inside.

I’ve ordered from this location so many times. Seriously probably hundreds. The rare occasion I’ve had a problem it’s taken care of. Since Jacob came back service has been better. That kid is so good at customer service he manages to make a national chain restaurant feel like a local neighborhood place. Richard is my favorite delivery driver, always so kind!

Went in to get a meal for the family. Guy went up to register frowning, not even a hello. I said, good evening.

Ordered 4 sandwiches. Got home and 3 of them messed up. It isn’t that hard. Just put on them what I ask. I called later to mention this and when the worker hung up he said, “have a better night. ” Insane.

It’s not a tough job.

I normally love Jimmy John's. Tonight I ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats as the Jimmy John site was not accepting orders. I, shortly after, received what appeared to be a spam call from Hinz Hospitality. Because I didn't know the number or 'business name' I didn't answer. NO message was left. After getting updates from Uber eats that my food was ready and should be arriving soon I wait 45 minutes before calling the store to find out from the worker that there is no driver. Whether that is a Jimmy John's driver or Uber driver a 10 second message would have been helpful. When we finally went to pick it up, we were blamed for not answering this unknown caller and were given a lot of attitude by the workers. I understand everyone is shorthanded and I really do try to give some grace, but to be berated for not answering this call when I wasn't expecting one while getting no message of explanation which would have saved us all an hour is horrible customer service. I understand this is not solely on Jimmy John's, but the lack of message and ensuing attitude was.
Unfortunately I will think twice before ordering again.

I only gave it one star because when we walked in the head banging music was so loud it was worse than a bar! Also the only thing I liked about my sandwich was the meat! Turkey and ham! There's only 2 kinds of bread! If I wanted regular loaf bread I could have made that at home! The bread was hard and the ingredients came out every time I took a bite! Only one kind of cheese seriously? Despite the music the guys working that night were nice but I will never eat here again and this was my very first time! I realize your ingredients are probably corporate but someone needs to tell corporate to get some variety or Jimmy's John's will go out of business!

My husband ordered a #14 bootleggers club online for the Lee's summit MO store at 426 291hwy at 143 pm. The sandwich was never received. Called the store and the employee stated they didn't have the order in the system and the only way to get it delivered would be to reorder it and pay again, but he would make sure we didn't get charged twice. Not comfortable with paying again. He said he would make sure to get the original charge taken off, but it may be a few days. Charged for food not received, waiting for it to be corrected. Not happy

I just placed an order for a sandwich waited for over an hour called up there to ask where the food was ….
I was informed by Jake the manager the delivery driver just left and that I should not be complaining and the manager hung up on me completely rude unacceptable behavior I proceeded to call back to cancel my order and was cussed at and hung up on!

Tried ordering for delivery. I Started calling at 8: 40 and I live less than 5 minutes from the store. I just got home from work and my kid and I were hungry. Jimmy Johns is suppose to answer the phone until 10 minutes after close, but I tried calling 20 minutes before closing. Just wanted 2 unwiches. And was willing to tip very well.

The sandwich was good as always but the level of drama going on with the employees, I couldn't take it anymore so after 2 bites I got mine to go. Keep that garbage in the back room not out front where everyone can hear it, very unprofessional, extremely unprofessional when the guy who was yelling says to the lady when I walked in and the bell let them know someone had walked in he said to her when she said some guy just walked in and he said I don't care, he can wait. He appeared to be the manager.

Completely unprofessional. Had an order for pick up and upon arrival all the employees were loitering and on their phones. My order hadn't even been started and I placed the order half an hour before I arrived.

Ordered for pick up online so I could grab it quick for when my fiancé gets home and surprise him. When I go into the shop about 17 minutes later, the two employees who seem to make the sandwiches are sitting at a table in front of the window laughing and snacking, so I assume he must have already made me the sandwich. One of the employees sitting down quickly goes behind the cash register and asks me for my name. I say my name and he leaves. I wait for awhile and then a female employee comes up and tells me he’s getting the sandwiches ready. I wait for awhile and watch him make my two sandwiches and quarter the pickle I ordered. After a while, I was given my order—I would suggest dont pick up from this location if you want a quick pick up.

Ordered a Bootleg Club for delivery and instead of Roast beef they added ham. I called them and they were unapologetic and acted like it was no big deal.

Customer service is ON POINT! Never have I been more satisfied with a business. They’re fast crafting sandwich gods working in the back paired with just how they act, amazing! Couldn’t be more than happy after every freaky fast delivery!
