Jimmy John's, St. Louis MO

I ordered #2 with no mayo and cheese. What I got was a sandwich with cheese but a large amount of mayo. I could not taste the beef thru the mayo.

If anyone is thinking of going today, Christmas, the store is closed even though it says opening the app.

They always have fast service friendly people. But they seriously need to up their game on the food side of things. $14. Bucks for a roast beef sandwich, with 2 itty bitty slices of roast beef. But my 4 yrs daughters mini sandwich had more meat on it.
So we swapped,

I get a veggie sandwich here everyday bc im obsessed w "the veggie" & this location is right next to my house.why is the veggie so deliscious? It's a question i'm sure we've all pondered many a time.is it the cheese? The avocado spread? The lettuce? Idk but im addicted - every time ive gotten a sandwich here also the lettuce is always fresh - i think its partly bc of the lettuce thats so addicting? Idk how they chop it but i think they finely chop it.anyway enough about the veggie.the lettuce at this location is never gross and wilt-y bc imo that'd ruin the whole sandwich.veggies here are always fresh and yummy & the staff all seem like a good group of ppl.i recomend this location:)

Been here 3 times in the last 6 months but will go to the other locations. First time was charged full price of a Hunter's club but was on regular sandwich style bread so was smaller than normal portion wise. Didn't complain but was a bit off put for the price. The next 2 times I've been in to order was met with cold or condescending attitudes by the staff. Sandwiches were ok but 2 stars off for the staff. Not worth it even if it's slightly closer compared to other locations.

This was terrible! I ordered my sandwich, waited in a long line, and they then told me they were out of TURKEY! I mean CMON guys, TURKEY!? So… you’re telling me… JIMMY JOHNS the SANDWICH PLACE has no TURKEY? ! I was very upset! My day was ruined. It was not fast, only freaky. Boo.

The dining experience was great but the delivery service is outstanding. I usually tip 35% because not only are they freaky fresh but freaky fast.

I don't care what anybody says about the CEO, JJs makes killer subs, killer fast. The rest is just political. You can't see it from my house. EAT AT JIMMY"S. (Disclaimer: I am NOT a Republican)

What happened? I'm aware that Covid has messed everything up and everyone is short staffed.but the condescending mannerisms of your employees leave a lot to be desired. Waited over 10 minutes for a simple order I've placed so many times. No apology for taking too long and when I stated my order was wrong and I was missing a sandwich, no apology. When I asked for a refund the manager was rude and just tore off the receipt and handed it to me with no apologies. There is a correct way and a wrong way to treat customers. This was not it. And yes, I probably could have been more patient but when 2 people come in behind you and get their sandwiches first and then they still get your order wrong. Come on, a simple sorry for your wait would have been the difference between me writing this bad review.

The sandwiches are always fresh, portions are good size for the money, employees are friendly (dine in, carry out or delivery).
In 3 yrs of living in the area, they made 1 mistake. They delivered to the wrong condo. The manager immediately refunded my money and offered to delivery of another for free. I order at least once a week from them. Pretty damn good place.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a sandwich that took an HOUR to arrive. Kickn' Ranch and sandwich were BOTH open and all over the inside of my bag upon delivery. Will never go here again. Terrible business.

Well I ordered a Vito with chips and a drink. To be delivered I live about 5 minutes from location. After 30 minutes I called and got a little attitude from the girl. Then shortly it showed up my sandwich was soggy from sitting after they put the vinegar on the bread. No straw for my drink. Driver didn't seem to appreciate the cash tip. My order was $12.somthing. It was worth 5dollars if that. I just don't understand it seems like everywhere you order from has an attitude or don't have common Curtisy anymore.

Just fed most of my sandwich to my dog. Got a hunters club delivered a few minutes ago, it’s almost all tough end pieces and fat. The peppers were also just the ends. Not sure if this is because I used the 50% off deal they sent me?

We go here a lot when we want good food fast. Tried the new Beefy Black and Blue. Excellent sandwich, but the aioli was a little sweet for my taste.

Couldn't find our house so they picked a random house to leave it on. Said our house wasn't marked and we have three different address markers. Waited over an hour.

I don't know what led me to choose Jimmy John's, knowing their CEO is a problematic poacher and that their money goes to right-wing causes. Honestly, it was the only thing that fit my dietary restrictions on my errands route. Should've stayed hungry.

Apparently the county mask mandate is merely a suggestion at Jimmy John's. Not even the person who took my order was wearing her mask. The person who gave me my order didn't include it all until I reminded them. The tables were sticky, the booths were uncomfortably small, and the clientele. YIKES. I got stared down by two kids at the next table, for being, I don't know, fat while eating?

They're obviously known as a place that doesn't enforce the county-wide mask mandate, judging on the number of people who just walked in without it. I regret my mediocre cold sandwich I could have made at home, and I regret sitting in this germ incubator while my money goes to causes I don't support. You're not you when you're hungry.

Went in for lunch today and was very disappointed that not one of the five employees were wearing a mask.

I’ve had the occasional mishap with delivery orders here, but they always go above and beyond to correct any problems

Don’t be fooled. They’re SLOW AS (insert slowest thing ever). They will make you late back to work. Do not waste your time. There was literally a long line for everything. To order and to pick up. The people working behind the counter literally asked me what I ordered, understood and continued to make door dash delivery orders for people where weren’t there. Please don’t waste your time. Because I won’t ever again.
