This place always has my food ready quickly. Had to take one star off cuz my last visit the sandwich was missing some ingredients which made it taste much different.

Stopped for a sandwich while in town on business.this location did a fantastic job.the store was clean and the service was freaky fast and fresh! The Tom Turkey sandwich I think even had a little extra toppings to make it even more delicious. Too bad they were out of turkey the next day, had to pass but will return next time I'm in town. Awesome service guys!

Do not use the drive thru if there is a wait. You will get trapped and can't pull out if they are out of supplies and you do not proceed with your order.

First time eating Jimmy John's and the family and I were very impressed, fresh and very good sandwich and speedy delivery.

I have visited several JJ locations, but this one always seems to outperform all the rest! They always greet you with a smile and "how are you doing? " when walking into their restaurant. They are fast, but accurate which is important to get the sandwich you like. The staff is always super friendly and working hard.

Work on the west end of town? Don't want to leave the office for lunch? Call them and get lunch within 15min even when it's lunch hour

I have ordered from this location before nd received a below parcel sandwich but today I was given the most amazing black nd blue plus the delivery driver b freaky fast

The customer service was terrible. Employees wouldn’t hardly speak to me, and had terrible etiquette. I got back to my workplace to eat the food I ordered only to realize I wasted $10 because my sandwich was covered in mold. Not up to JJ standard at all.

I just ordered online and customized my sandwich. When it arrived the customizations weren’t applied, so I called the store. They told me it didn’t show up on their screen and did nothing to help me. So I’ve paid for a sandwich that I won’t even eat. Thanks Jimmy John’s. Very disappointing

Last night I ordered my usual & went to work. I got into my sandwich a while later, & imagine my surprise when I opened it there was no meat! I have been eating there almost a year & have NEVER had a complaint, I'm sure it was an honest mistake ‍️ Needless to say, I ended up eating some of it cause I was absolutely STARVING Anyways, I call this afternoon & explain the situation. They gladly are going to give me a credit.
A little kindness goes a long ways! I just wanted to praise their fantastic customer service, & also there food is always super fresh Thanks JJ!

My boyfriend and I consistently order from this location and are always given stellar service. They always help eliminate cross-contamination with my severe tomato allergy, as well. Today, we had a delivery from a Mr. Jermaine (I think it was), very kind gentleman to us with his contactless delivery. Thanks for being polite and a kind customer service worker Jermaine, much appreciated!

My husband went to pick up my sandwich and they were out of my favorite 9 grain sub. They put it on the 9 grain bread (disappointing). They were also out of oil and vinegar. They left off the onions and extra pickles i had ordered. There were no pickles. It was a very pathetic sandwich.

Really like the sandwich I get here. Always get the same one so I can't speak to all the other items. Sometimes the way the sandwich is made seems a bit inconsistent from one visit to the next. Still good though.
