Jimmy John's, Lake St Louis MO

Bread was stale, 16 in. Sandwich wasn’t cut, made very sloppy! Only reason the review is 2 starts and not 1 is because the guys working behind the counter were nice and polite.

This place is amazing! Whoever made my sandwich did such a good job! The worker with ginger hair did so good and customer service was absolutely amazing and everyone there was awesome! This place is an EASY 10/10! Highly recommend!

Went inside and ordered
3 guys working and they were toooo busy talking to each other and sandwiches were missing items! Won’t be going back to this one again!

I have enjoyed jimmy John’s over the years. I ordered a turkey bacon. The sandwich had 1 slice of turkey and the bread was so thin the crust was about the only bread on the sandwich. The workers were opening up cookies and eating while I waited for a very disappointing sandwich

Just picked up an online order and it was fast service. I needed something to carry everything in and one of the guys cut down a box for me to carry everything. Excellent, friendly people.

Young disrespectful and rude kid with blonde mullet needs more training. Last time we will visit this store

This Location is 1.4 miles from my house, and I am out of their delivery zone. This is ridiculous, are you aware of how much business you are missing out on? There are several neighborhoods in this vicinity, so this literally makes no sense.

Sandwich tasted good but just thrown together and a mess. Too much "sauces" on the zeisty turkey, by the time I got it at the counter to the table the bread was already soggy. Who likes wet bread, I still ate it.

Staff was good, restaurant was clean.

We quit going to our regular JJs.
JJs on R. R. Blvd, the bread is fresh and they make my Gargantuan right. Wife loves her#12 from there as well. Great staff and management.

I mean we all know what Jimmy John's subs are. So I'll say this location is indeed fast and clean, young people working it are exceptionally friendly. I personally eat at this location 2-3 times per month.

Get the the number 7 the Italian it's the best and my cat loves it he eats half of it

Super freaky that it was super slow. Waited for about 10 minutes behind a line of other people.and walked out without ordering.

Apparently the shop closes at 7 but they’re still their hanging out an hour and a half later closing up? There’s nothing that shows their hours on the door so all I have to go by is what I see in Google. Maybe you couldn’t get them to update their site if they close two hours earlier regularly? They hadn’t locked the doors or anything.

Do not go to this Jimmy John's on Ronald Reagan drive. I asked for two veggie slims like I have asked at other JJs literally hundreds of times and they kept asking each other behind the counter what was on it. I figured they were new. I wasn't listening completely as how can you screw up a veggie sandwich? When I got home with my two veggie sandwiches they only were, two Slim 6's with just cheese, they said. They argued with me that I didn't ask for a veggie sandwich but a slim 6. I did not. I asked for two slim veggie sandwiches. I don't even know the number. Weirdly dumb workers here. Go at your own risk.

Also, the review says what it says. When I clicked on the link to, I guess, tell the owner, it took me to an elaborate multi-page Jimmy John's page that wanted everything but my response and my ssn. Please. I'm not giving my home address, phone number, life story, blah blah blah to drill down to some more response you want. Take your business more seriously. Get this crew together, ask them if they wrestled with whether I said Slim 6 (I did not) or 'veggie sandwich". So if this is how JJs is run, I'm not going back to any of them.

Had a long day and was going to feed the fam jj for dinner to take something off my plate. Bummed they're closing at 7pm even though it says they close at 9pm. Something to keep in mind if you're thinking of stopping by or getting delivery.

Stopped in and ordered a #13. Restaraunt smelled like urine. Guy that took my order had rotten teeth, and his breath smelled like shark bait. They said they were out of bread, and could only offer wheat, or onion. I chose wheat. Took a photo for reference before throwing it in the trash. $8.32 for this, and I wouldn't feed it to my dog. If you are thinking about going here to eat just go punch yourself in the face instead.
