Went in today (Nov 30) for lunch. GM's mask was off and she was coughing before and after she made my sandwich. Had to throw it out.
Pleasant experience! Would be 5 stars except we asked for peppers added to one sandwich and it didn't have peppers but that could have been due to confusion about another topping I asked about. Sandwiches were delicious and delivery was friendly and truly freaky fast (despite my calling the hotel by an old name)!
I visited the Jimmy John’s restaurant at 13 North Euclid in St. Louis, Missouri 63108 on December 5,2020. I am a regular customer since I live just 1-1/2 blocks away. While there eating my sandwich, I noticed the 2 employees standing face-to-face talking about 3 feet apart not wearing masks. I pointed out to them the necessity of wearing masks and socially distancing and they informed me that they did not have to since they were working there together. I share with them that over 250,000 Americans have died from Covid. Those facts did not matter to them. I took a photo and a couple videos documenting the situation and they became loud and belligerent toward me. They told me that I have been banned from their location, and called the police to have me arrested for trespassing. When the police arrived, I promptly left the store, but also explained the situation to them. My next step is to report this location to the St. Louis Health Department and ask that this location’s license be suspended.
The lady was talking on her personal cellphone with ear piece the whole 20 minutes I was in there. I placed online order for pickup at 1135 am. I walked in at 1141 am went to the pickup counter. She waited on a group of people that walked in. I asked her if she had my order and she snap at me, "Have not talked to you" then she finished all the walk up orders first and then my order. I walked out of there after 12pm. Get home and my order was not correct. Not a happy customer.
