Absolutely wonderful everything I have ordered from this location has been top notch, It has been fast fresh and very tasteful, it was also freaky fast lol, delivery driver is always nice and very polite Keep up the great work
Went in with my 11 year old daughter. She knew what she wanted but made some changes while I was ordering. The bald headed man taking our order kept using the “ come on hurry up hand gesture “ the whole time I was making our order. Seemed annoyed it took us 45 seconds to complete our order. Seemed odd as nobody was even in the store or behind us waiting. Food was great. But that guy could use a lesson in customer service. Sucks. Been going there for years and was always a good experience.
Some of the staff is a little rude, but, the quality of their work is worth it! Best sandwiches hands down.
I orderd and paid for 4 sandwiches there were 3 employees making the sandwiches and none of them acknowledged that they had only given me 3. VERY UPSETTING!
Ordered on line food got here really fast. Was very Delicious. Will order again. Lulu Club was Amazing. Also got Chicken Bacon Avocado Salad. I thought I tipped 20%, however it seems there is no tip on the receipt. So I will bring a tip to your store for whoever delivered my food. I feel terrible. It was my first time ordering on line. PS the kickin' ranch is Out of this World.
I’ve always had good luck at this Jimmy Johns. Not only with the quality/accuracy of the food, but also the service. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The service is pretty quick, just don’t be unreasonable as places can get busy. I am a repeat customer.
I ordered a Gargantuan with light lettuce and extra cheese, with nothing else on it. We got into the truck and I took a big bite only to spit it out! It had everything on it. When I called to complain the manager was very argumentative and non apologetic. Poor customer service.
Didn't offer receipt or cut my sandwich in half as requested. Only issues, food tasted just fine and filled us up.

Terrible. This location NEVER gets the order right. Last time I went through they gave me the completely wrong sandwich! Will not be going back to this location ever again!
Management was very rude - messed up my sandwich order and told me to “ read the fine print “ and would not correct the order. Terrible customer service unfortunately
