8I had a mishap through door dash and my food never was delivered, however it was marked delivered. DoorDash was not helpful so I reached out to the branch directly. The management was quick to investigate what happened and apologize. The customer service was above and beyond to right a wrong they didn't fully need to take responsibility for, I was hand delivered a sandwhich within an hour of first contacting them. The help and abundance of kindness did not go unnoticed!
This location is a total ripoff. I got two slices of turkey on my whole sandwich. If I wanted a lettuce sandwich, that's what I would have gotten and I'm sure it would have been cheaper. Second time this has happened and I know it isn't the JJ standard because I sure don't have this issue at other locations. Edited to add my cookie is also hard af and ended up in the trash. Normally, the oatmeal raisin is great, not today.

Sometimes good but sometimes you wait over an hour for a cold cut sandwich to be delivered
3 items for wraps. They said they could fix other things as wraps. Later they said they could fix an item as a wrap. But they knew I wanted a tortilla wrap but they made a lettuce wrap. I was furious I'd been duped!
6/10/23 230 pm Have been to this store many times. We know this store has been through some challenges in the past. Apparently you have figured it out. Professional, efficient and most importantly fresh and delicious. The best jimmy johns sandwiches we have ever had. And we have had a lot. Awesome job. Please recognize those involved.
Very clean store. Subs are sooooo good. Harrisonville must just grow em (employees,) to be polite and happy. Bathrooms very clean.
Not generally a fan of JJ due to several horrible service experiences there but this particular location delivered. They were nice, addressed me as I walked in as a paying customer. Food was delivered with a smile and quickly. Very nice cree at this location. So I guess it's true, staff can make or break an experience. Good job to this location, if I'm in the area again, I'll be back.
