I agree with Tommy Patrick. I went to this dealership in 1991 looking for an Explorer. I was not in need of financing nor advice as I had done my research and knew fair market price for what I wanted. When I was finally approached, by one of the owners, I began to ask questions about their inventory. The response I received was "well why don't you come back when your husband can come with you and then we'll make a deal alright sweetheart. " I am not surprised to hear nothing has changed.

I will never be back for a oil change they said the hardware for the sheld that cover the underneath was bad and they couldn't use it and they was going to charge me and I told them no to put the old ones one and they said they could use ziptys for it and told them no and they did it anyway I would not recommend anyone to go there at all

Out of the blue, Laramie called me to let me know the ordering window was now open to order a new pickup. (I didn't have a clue when ordering would be available) We talked about it, and made the order while on the phone. Laramie was off the next day, so he had me come in and talk to Dave to finalize the order. Couldn't have been any easier, now just have to wait till the new truck comes in.
I knew I was going to get one, but wasn't sure where, till I received the call on Monday.
Hats off to you two for making this super easy.

Issues with getting approved for a vehicle. Sending off n getting red paperwork with no response. Was “promised” that while waiting for the response on hearing back that they wouldn’t sell the vehicle since already being approved and them seeing cash in hand. Terrible company terrible commu

I had been planning to purchase a used car for many months. I finally located one at Jimmy Michel Motors and contacted the sales manager inquiring about the vehicle. I set a date to go look at and test drive the vehicle. It is a nice vehicle with low mileage. The salesman assurred me that it had been inspected by their mechanics. The battery was original to the vehicle (5 years) and there were a couple chips & a small crack in the windshield so the salesman Laramie Guess told me if I wanted the car he would see to it that all would be made right. Mr Guess is a man of his word and all was made right by the next day. He had a brand new windshield & battery installed. The buying experience was handled professionally by Mr Guess and I am thankful for that. Because I am a widowed senior citizen, veteran's wife and a so I needed the assistance of a professional. That's what I got with Laramie Guess at Jimmy Michel Motors.

They will take your money and not care when the vehicle needs major repairs just outside the warranty.
