JJ Twig's Pizza & Pub, St. Louis MO

Good stuff, had the Super Mario with the added mushrooms + onions. Very tasty thin crust pizza and loaded with toppings.

Trashed wings for an appetizer were also great, I probably wouldn’t order them again because I prefer regular sauced or dry rubbed wings, but they were a tasty deviation from your typical wing.

Only downside was I never got a drink refill, but I also didn’t explicitly ask for one when the waitress popped over to our table so I can’t really fault them there.

Overall, will definitely be back!

The pizza we had was average I eat it again but it would not be tops on my list.
Before I go on I want to say it was Friday and although the staff was about as nice as can be it was very slow. It took about 20 minutes just to get our salad then another 15 or so for the food. I understand it's not a fast food restaurant but I would atleast like to get my soda refilled and be let known why it is taking so long. I write these asking myself would I go back.yes I would but I would not go out of my way to do so.

One of my fav pizza places in the area. The crust is amazing! Definitely try the pizza that has a nelly inspired name (can’t remember the actual name lol). The pretzels and mini corn dogs were okay, but the pizza was the main hit.

I ordered the buffalo chicken dip and Meet Me in St. Louis thin crust pizza.

Pros: both dishes were good.

Cons: the wait was long (1hr 15 mins) and the portion of the Buffalo chicken dip was not worth the price. The dip was about 3-4 tbsp at best.

My experience was great! The staff was friendly and their double decker pizza idea was very original.
I ordered the nickel city pizza, which is their Buffalo chicken pizza, and my only minor disappointment was that the blue cheese really overpowered the Buffalo flavor. I did like it and I like blue cheese; it just wasn't what I was expecting. I will definitely be going back to try some of their other pizzas.

The food there is awesome. That's one of the places we make sure we stop at when we come to town.

Food is okay - maybe slightly better than okay. That said, the staff is great and it's a great spot to take the kids on a weekend even for pizza / burgers.

Where to start. The place looks like it was at one time an old bank. The place looked very bright and clean. We had a to-go order already placed, and showed up early (10 minutes), pizzas were ready on time.

We ordered five different pizzas, all were very good, the pepperoni one though was least popular as it was mistaken for a cheese pizza, they laid very little sauce, then Pep, then cheese. The taste was still good, though a bit over done on the "pepperoni". All in all a very tasty choice.

Great staff. Friendly, efficient & very relaxing experience. Highly recommend going there.

The food is always exceeding my expectations! The pizza is always perfect, the dough is just the right thickness to let the toppings be the star of the show. The buffalo chicken wrap was delicious, just the right amount of sauce and the chicken was so tender. The fries are amazing and the burger is literally the best burger I’ve ever had- buttery, juicy and well seasoned. We always go here when we are in the area and are never disappointed!

Ended up waking out as the staff was super rude. I get people are struggling to hire staff but there still has to be some level of politeness and this place didn't have it.

$14 steak sandwich tasted good but was 25% grizzle & fat, not worth $10. Service ok. Outdoor seating nice. 3rd trip here, food underwhelming

Very light on toppings. I ordered sausage and onion pizza and there was very little sausage on the pizza. Very disappointed, won't be back.

Had BBQ pork and the sauce was bad. The pork was tender. Hated the slaw on top, bun soaked with slaw.

I'm not going be required to walk in with a mask just to take it off to eat how ridiculous. Especially when there's no mask mandate in order. We went down the street and ate at salvage yard instead.

After reading a number of reviews we decided to to this place. We got there right as they opened. The bartender was an older very pleasant and helpful man. Place seemed very cleaned. I think it took about a half hour maybe to get an order of trashed wings which were excellent. I had a chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken sandwich was good the fries came out in a pile that was stuck together but they did peel apart nicely and we're still good. I don't remember the sandwich my husband had but he liked it and he had onion rings that were good. We will be back to try this place again.
