My experience was the best I have ever had when buying/trading a vehicle (and I buy and trade about every 2-3 years). The entire staff was so friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Jalen, my sales guy, was awesome! He was not pushy and very accommodating to working with me through my stressful schedule. I can't recommend Joe Machens Capital City Ford enough! Love this place!

Sales department is great I’d give them 5 stars but the service department (if I could give 0 i would) is absolute garbage.

Bought a brand new truck and had AC issues from the start. First advisor told me it was going to be a month before they could get me in. Told him that wasn’t going to work. Still took me 2 weeks to get in. After telling the new advisor I had an appointment they blew me off a couple more days because “they had a couple large jobs they were finishing”. Why make an appointment?

Service advisors are unprofessional, rude and could care less if you are there. No communication unless you contact them. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a service department.

They finally got it fixed, (after 2 weeks) but not without damaging my door panel, sliding console cover and leaving my windshield a greasy mess. These guys just don’t get it. If it hadn’t been covered under warranty I never would have gone to them and that’s based on previous experiences. Stay away unless you’re desperate or like being treated like trash.
