Joe Machens Hyundai reviews
16Outstanding experience in every aspect of the dealership. All staff were excellent and very professional. We used Trey Boyer as our Sales Professional and he went above and beyond our expectations! We will be back for future purchases.
We live near St Louis and found a used vehicle we really like at Joe Machens Hyundai. I initially called and spoke to Trey Boyer at the dealership. We ended up setting a time to view the vehicle last Saturday and Trey was gracious enough to pull the car on the side before we got to the dealership so we could see it. We drove the vehicle and all went well and ended up buying the vehicle! Everything and everyone at the dealership were so very nice and helpful! Would consider buying from this dealership again if given the chance!
Great experience! Eric, Derick and Nico are great guys to work with. They helped to find a car that suited my needs. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
Ashton was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and worked hard to find the perfect vehicle for us!
They Worked With Us To Make What We Wanted Happen With Buying Our New Car Very Pleased With Aaron the Sale Guy and Brue The Financial Guy Awesome Job Thank You
My sales representative Aaron Baker was fantastic! Came back after the purchase because I had some questions and he was more than willing to help me out, everyone there was very helpful
Wonderful staff, service, and everyone worked really well with us to put us in a brand new car!
If they have what you want and you don't live near, give them a try. Over the phone they asked MRSP and did a virtual appraisal of my trade-in and delivered the new car to my home 2.5 hours away.
This dealership is FABULOUS…. Went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted. Took the time to continually follow up with me and keep in touch. You just don’t get this kind of service at many places these days! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. As a side note, I drove 90 miles due to the fabulous service and well worth it.
Took my vehicle in for a recall. Took around an hour to complete. After completing the recall updates, I was informed my vehicle needed rear brakes, and they could do them, was recommended not to drive far on them, as the pads had 4 millimeters or less left on them.
I declined, due to being a former mechanic in the military, I would work on it myself.
Taking the dealership's word about it, I purchased the pads at a parts store and proceeded to do the job myself, only to find out that the pads were nowhere needing replacement. The new ones barely had more than the pad on my vehicle.
They just reaffirmed my belief that dealerships are the MOST crooked business on the planet outside of politics.
I'm grateful for the recall work, but this dealership is not trustworthy whatsoever.
Worked with Phil and Daniel to purchase a vehicle and they made the process really straightforward! Would totally recommend for folks looking for a more personable, chill buying experience.
Had to wait for a repair to get done before car was ready to take home, but sales kept me informed and made the wait time less stressful
Short answer: I would not recommend doing business with them.
I was advertised a car at two prices with ~$2000 difference. I called ahead and confirmed the lower price. Carpooled 45 minutes to the dealership. Waited approximately 15 minutes to see the vehicle, test drove, and then was told that the lower price was incorrect and they would not sell it for that. I refused their counter offer and left. I called two days later and counter offered for ~$1250 off. My offer was accepted and I was told I could pick up the vehicle at a specific time unless notified otherwise. Arrived at specified time only to be told that the vehicle had not been serviced and I would have to wait until the next day. Though, in fairness they did provide a full tank of gas to the person who had given me a ride to the dealership, and whose time they had also wasted. I received a call the next day that they had found serious mechanical issues with the car in servicing and would no longer be selling it.
Staff were courteous, and the conciliatory gesture of gas for my ride was appreciated, but those cannot offset how much of my time has been wasted and trust abused. This has consumed 5-6 hours between reviewing the listing, phone calls, trips back and forth to the dealership, and time at the dealership. I had planned on buying the vehicle cash, but they have now lost customer because they could not sell what they advertised.
The sales people where very helpfull and a pleasure to work with as well as finance department thank you
Smoothest car-buying process. Eric and Rafael were awesome and found us exactly what we needed as well as what fit in our budget. Bruce made the paperwork process easy and explained everything.
