Swift services and they were super nice and professional. Service dept made sure I get a ride to work and also to pick up my car

The person working the service desk made sure I had a great experience-he listened to my concern about the delay in servicing my car, and went unexpectedly above and beyond in covering part of my service for the delay.

I did my homework online about the car and options I wanted. The dealer did a great job too at making it easy, quick and as enjoyable as it could be.

Worst VW dealership I’ve had the displeasure of working with. When you know someone has to drive over an hour one way for a check engine light, needing a loaner to get to work, you should call them and let them know the “scanner” is down and they can’t diagnose you or give you a loaner. It’s just common decency.

Get some loaner cars and make them available for clients that are going to have the car serviced with you.

I scheduled an oil change 2 1/2 weeks ago, because that was the earliest available appointment. I check in this morning and am told it will be 2 hours because they have fewer people who work on Saturday. Either schedule fewer customers or hire more guys. It’s ridiculous I come in at 9 am for an oil change that takes 2 hours…if I’m lucky.

We wanted to trade our 2022 Kia Sorento due to just not being happy with it and the Kia dealership local to us. Other than that, I was a Volkswagen owner for 6 years, I just so happened to regrettably cheat on Volkswagen for a few years… I came to say I’m sorry and I want you back!

We had some negative equity and thought that it wasn’t going to work out w/financing, but because of Sean (Sales) and Caleb (Finance), we were able to make a deal. While interest rates are high right now, they were able to get me down to single digits because I have good payment history. Our payment isn’t higher and right within our budget, but EVEN better because we have GAP, Extended Warranty, and a type of Cosmetic/Windshield Coverage. AND we still maintained a three-row vehicle for our growing family!

We literally don’t have to worry about our vehicle for 6 years/72,000 mi. I am so happy to be back in a Volkswagen and we are definitely trading our other vehicle in with Joe Machens VW soon!

Was charged for two tire disposals when I only had one tire replaced. Apparently did not check fluid levels with the oil change as my windsheild wiper fluid was empty when I tried to use the next day.

Sold us a car thinking we were getting a great deal and it was a total lemon! Transmission was failing and they knew it! Lemon law applies! Way to be shady and dishonest

Everyone was incredibly helpful, in both sales and service. Joseph communicated everything clearly and was able to answer all of my questions. Also things went much more quickly than expected.

Awesome experience! We are so happy John walked out the dealership door to greet us. He was a newer salesman but was honest and never hesitated to find an answer for us! Very friendly and easy to work with did whatever they could to make everything work just had my first service done and it was a wonderful experience explained every charge and ended up being cheeper then quoted and they were on time with everything wonderful experience

The service staff that was on duty on Thursday, July 13th was exceptional. I had the wrong appointment date in my calendar, I missed my oil change by a day. The team was able to squeeze me in and made me feel comfortable even though I made a mistake. I was needing a shuttle to pick me up in the afternoon. The original shuttle drive had to leave early that day, so, one of the service advisors came and picked me up from work. The VW team went above and beyond that day and it was much appreciated more than words can say.

I had a very pleasant experience with buying my car, Demarcus had no problem getting what I wanted but ultimately I ended going with his suggestion. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Thank you
