Beware that they will charge you to a percentage of your final bill to use your CREDIT CARD. They will NOT warn you before you pay your bill, after they charged me, I was in my car & called them to ask what the extra charge was for & they said its for the cost to use a credit card. Imagine how much EXTRA money they are making off of customers. They told me there is a SMALL sign posted BUT I said what SMALL sign & they said we need to make it bigger! Why haven't they made the sign BIGGER all this time? Very disappointing! A customer does NOT want to FEEL taken advantage of!
Joe's Garage fixed my car after Suntrup Ford's service dept.told me the problem was in the engine bay and would require a complete engine teardown. The problem was the passengers side cv axle. I spent $1360 and almost 4 weeks fixing items SunTrup claimed was causing the issue before telling me it was in the engine. Joe's Garage told me right from the start it was the cv axle on the passenger side and it only cost $460 to fix, no engine teardown. Thank you Joe's Garage.
