Outstanding service and knowledge. I have used his services for the last 12 years and Im very satisfied.

Mr Kail failed to provide adequate represention for his client which resulted in an extreme sentence for first time offender. Mr Kail argued with said client about his defense saying there was no defense and that the prosecuting attorney was "out to hang him" and the judge was retiring so he wanted to hurry and finish the case. Mr Kail immtimidated the client, scaring him into agreeing to a plea. The client did admit to the crime while extremely intoxicated and to add to this there wasn't 6 victims. Mr kale failed his client and will surely fail yours. I do not recommend this attorney at all, please save your money and your family member from such harsh treatment

John Kail coach's clients into taking a plea and is scared of trial. I highly recommend saving your hard earned money. John and his partner Patrick are both ex prosecutors and work for the court not the client. I personally spent thousands of dollars. The client was given a 10 year sentence. They believe that it's completely legal to interagate someone under the influence. MY SON DESERVES A FAIR TRIAL. NOT TO BE COACHED TO SIGN A PLEA OR BE SENTENCES 75 YRS!
