2Have been seeing Dr Vernon for the past 5 years and it is always been a good experience. He is very patient, helpful and jovial during the visit. He is also prompt with responses to online messages as well.
Dr Vernon is great, I was a patient before I went into the military. I moved back to Missouri and wanted to become a patient again. I called the office, they told me he accepted Tricare as a insurance.
They mailed me my paperwork with appointment time of 1: 40 pm. I took off work and showed up at 1pm so I was early with completed paperwork.
Front office assistant told me I was late as I was supposed to be there at 12: 30 (keep in mind I have a card they filled out showing my time as 1: 40 pm).
And he does not take Tricare insurance.
Absolutely crushed. I took off work and drove 1 hour to see him to find out what I was told was wrong and inn-accurate appointment times. The front office lady was nice but this is absolutely inexcusable. Now still in pain, I have to search for another Dr, and get an appointment further down the line.
1) appointment times provided not accurate.
2) Misinformed on not taking my insurance.
