Dr. Rupp and his staff are truly wonderful! The staff greeted me warmly and I especially appreciated the short time it took to be seen. Talking to Dr. Rupp was a breeze! I left his office feeling more at ease considering I was nervous about expressive my skin concerns. He was very easy to talk to and took my concerns seriously. I left his recommended skin care products, and a smile on my face! Many thanks to Dr. Rupp! You da bomb!

Got a freckle you aren't so sure about? Dr Rupp and his staff have seen the lot and are very accommodating with taking on challenges quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Customer service has been very polite and easy to work with, getting ahold of them was a breeze. I left a quick message with a few questions and was contacted back within an hour. Nice office space with a comfortable clean waiting room. I felt very satisfied with my experience.

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Rupp this morning (July 25,2023) and the scheduler that answered my call said his first available appointment isn't until November of this year. When I said that I would need to see someone sooner, instead of offering to schedule me with a physician's assistant, or a different provider at the practice.they simply said "OK" and hung up on me. What an inconsiderate and rude reaction. I have a history of skin cancer and have discovered a worrisome spot that needs to be seen sooner than 4 months from now. It is disheartening to see just how many people are employed with customer service-related jobs who possess absolutely no customer service skills. What a disappointment to be searching for a new provider this morning instead of scheduling an appointment.

This group is not about longevity and helping patients in the long term. They drop you before knowing the story on what is happening in someone's life. Horrible ethics and practice.

Booked me for a Saturday. I confirmed another day that my appointment was correct. They are closed Saturday. I waited 3 weeks for that appointment.
