John Knox Village East, Higginsville MO

My mother and I have had a very good experience working with the folks at JKVE from the moment she began to consider transitioning from homeowner to independent living at a residential facility. It's a process, of course, and the staff have been extremely accommodating and kind. The residents that she has met have been very friendly and helpful as well. She has had a very positive attitude about this facility from the very beginning and is enjoying her apartment location immensely. She is also looking forward to enjoying all the amenities that JKVE has to offer.

My wife and I have visited John Knox several times, from invitation and to visit friends. There are many activities that are available to the residents. The living spaces are nice and our friends are happy living there.
When we are ready to have a more carefree life style, John Knox Village will be our choice.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Kurt was very informative regarding all my questions and followed up at a later date. The place was very well kept and very clean.

I got a tour of several rooms I inquired about as well as the information i needed on pricing for different scenarios. This was done in a professional manner and communication prior to and afterwards was clear and concise.

I liked this facility and think I could be quite comfortable and happy there. However it's a little farther than what I like to be able to see my grandkids from where they still live.

The staff and people at John Knox Villege East have been very helpful in answering our questions in helping us decide to lease an apartment there. Kurt Lorenz in particular has been more than accommodating in helping us make a decision to live there.
