The owner of this business is very disrespectful and unprofessional. If from your words “ Our commitment to customer service and satisfaction is what brings our valued clients back year after year. ” Unfortunately you’ve done a horrible job at your commitment, as a business it is your job to be accessible to everyone and give everyone kindness no matter their circumstances. No matter if they walk in with a cane or with out or in a wheelchair it shouldn’t matter. This place is obviously somewhere that is not inclusive in the slightest and should work on bettering the great customer service they claim to offer.

The owner had excellent customer service! Wonderful experience. High quality suits at a great price. Will be returning for all of my suit needs in the future as well. Tried other suits shops in town and there is no comparison.

Victoria is absolutely amazing! She was a life saver today. I unfortunately got a call for a funeral last night that I was to attend today. Left work and drove 4 hrs this morning and stopped by this shop. Long story short my dress uniform had pants to big and she was able to pull a Hail Mary and get me on my way within 30 mins. Now mind you this is not their specialty, but I was very very pleased with her kindness and attention to detail and willingness to help. Highly recommend this shop

John’s Suit Shop is an incredible store with tons of variety for suits, precisely done alterations, and with great pricing for such high quality clothing! Victoria, the shop owner, is a pleasure to work with. She is responsive, stays organized with group orders, and is an expert at alterations!

I had John’s Suit Shop services to thank for the suits myself and my wedding party wore in April 2023. These suits cost less than rentals I researched and are far better quality. And with 6 people to the order, my suit was free! John’s Suit Shop was able to make the order work, despite most of my friends not living nearby. Many of the guys, including myself, would argue it’s the most comfortable suits we own now!

I highly recommend going here for all suits and men’s formal wear!

The lady isn’t very helpful or polite and they’re very expensive. Men’s suit mart is much better.

Victoria was incredible. She looked at me and instantly knew my size. She walked me through the process and gave me options for each item. She gave input after telling her I’ve never bought a suit. Kind, knowledgeable, and quick.

We went into John’s in search of a suit for my husband. The service was AMAZING. She had us in and out quickly because of her expertise, and we were able to come back later that day to pick up the suit; she hemmed the pants that day. We recommend John’s Suit Shop to anyone looking for a quality suit and amazing customer service!
Side note - we went to Dillard’s after, in search of men’s tshirts. This made us all the more relieved we had been to John’s for a suit, as no one even came up to us and there were groups of workers standing around talking. Shop small business when you can, people!

I've been wearing suits my entire life, and I know what size I wear, what kind of suit style, fit, look that I want, and the lady that worked there was adamant that a 42 would fit me, I wear a 46L, and I told her that, but she was persistent, so they lost a sale today, wouldn't recommend based on my experience today

I have nothing but good to say about the owner and this shop! Very professional and clearly has a lot of experience in the field. I got my wedding suit from here and decided to go custom. Very friendly and easy process. Will definitely get ALL my suits from here!

Love my new suit! First time visiting here. Loved that they started with a good value suit and let me work my way up to what I really wanted. Went to my company retreat and won the "Best dressed" award at our formal dinner! Will definitely be shopping for all my suits here!

The lady managing this store is AMAZING! This place was so fast and got my suit to me in like 4 hours! 10/10 would recommend
