Dr Johnson had been my daughter's doctor for over 5 years. Up until this past May, I couldn't have asked for a better connection. However, the quality of service has completely tanked. All of our calls of concern have been disregarded and totally ignored. Imagine your child has had several surgeries and your child's pediatrician refuses to return calls, emails or set appointments. Totally a different level of disregard. The office support staff has treated us horribly. Complete with distasteful dishonesty and a complete breakdown of the integrity I had become used to receiving, my husband and I have chosen a new pediatrician for our daughter and future children. Perhaps this new "customer service" is preferred for new families, however it's absolutely reprehensible for ours. We prefer providers that actually PROVIDE service.
