Jon was great! He was helpful on so many levels! Being a first time home buyer, I was very anxious about this process. Thankfully Jon was there to give me the guidance I needed, when I needed it! He made time for showings, he was very observant during the walk throughs and pointed out items in the houses that we should be aware of. He was pulling the flash light out and looking above and below places! It made me feel that he cared about my future home like it was his! I know he was honest about what he saw and gave his opinion. Which was much appreciated!
After the purchase of the home, he checked in making sure everything was up to par and asked if we needed his help, he was there to help, no matter what it was!

I called Jon after seeing his sign near our property. I'm a skeptical person and was very reluctant at first. Jon helped me out with reasonable contractors needed to finish the job in a timely manner. He started the house at a reasonable/respectable price for the surrounding area and pulled many prospective buyers. The house sold within 4 days and at a higher price than I expected. Very impressive! I don't say this lightly, Jon is now my future realtor.

It was my first house that i sold and Jon made the experience the best. Jon took over the whole situation by getting the right people in finish the projects with my brother and the photography to take the best pictures. Also the best cleaning people to clean the house. In the end we got more than we asked and a friend forever. If i have to sell or even buy a house i will be calling Jon again.

Jon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us in so many ways. When I thought something awful was happening, he was so calm and reassuring. He kept us informed the whole way. The woman he works with that cleans houses, is amazing. I mean amazing. She is so thorough, kind, and our home sparkled when she was done. The same with the carpet guy, he got things out of the carpet that previously we could not. This man was also very kind and thorough. The painter he recommended was very reasonable and made our home look brand new again. He also was very kind and easy to work with. Everything got done so quickly and timely, it took a lot of pressure off trying to find people to come do these jobs timely for us. I believe with all my heart that God brought Jon to us, so this would not be an overwhelming experience. I felt so comfortable with the team that works with him. Everyone made it less stressful and a very pleasant experience. Our home sold quickly, as well. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable and easy to work with and you want your home to sell quickly, Jon is your man.

Jon is great! A friend at work referred me to Jon and it was an answer to prayer. We had a lot of factors to balance including a changing start date for my job, a new baby and moving out of state! Jon helped us navigate the details of selling as we balanced all those dynamics. He even helped us find a realtor in the city we moved to, and a cleaner for our house after we were out of town! Our house sold with no problems at a great price and we were able to go through closing from out of state which was very helpful. Jon and I met close to four years ago. I was impressed with his ideas as a realtor as he was able to get my daughter and her husband to become their agent in selling their home. I hadn’t yet gotten to know him as a man understanding trust takes time. He helped me put things in perspective and had a plan to help me accomplish what I didn’t get done over the winter. He has an excellent network of people he works with that can get repairs done in a timely matter. In six weeks we were on the market and a week later had a contract. Jon helped us with the purchase our new home and worked with us throughout both transactions to completion. He is more than a realtor to me he is my friend. That’s not easy to find today.
