For the past several years I have been living with an out dated heating and cooling system. As a senior citizen on a limited budget, each year my hope has been that they would continue running for just one more season. This fall inspection by JohnWayne Heating and Air revealed that my furnace coils had rusted through and CO2 was circulating in my home. No longer could I put this problem off as it had become a serious danger. Thankfully I did have the team at John Wayne to help me through this stessfull time. They understood my financial situation and helped me get a loan that I was comfortable with to cover the costs of my new systems. It was also a cold spell in our area so they also supplied me with some space heaters to keep me warm for a couple of days until they could get to install my new system. On the day of the insallation, the crew was here promptly. What a nice group of employees. They were all very pleasant, professional and explaned everything that they were doing. I also listened to them as they worked together. They treated each other with respect and kindness. There work went quickly and they cleaned up when they were finished. Afterwards they again went over eveything that they did and ask me if I had any questions. I must say that I was exremely impressed with John Wayne Heating and Air and definitly would recommend them.

Bradley and Jackson came and did a complete duct cleaning today. Very professional young men, and they did a great job. They went above and beyond what was expected. Not exactly common to experiance great customer service these days but these young men delivered. Nicely done fellas!

I would highly recommend using them for heat and air conditioning repairs. I have had to use them in winter and summer. The techs are very knowledgeable and made my repairs quickly to get my units up and running again. I feel the rates are very reasonable and affordable. I was thankful when they made a trip out on a Sunday to get my air running again on a 100 degree day. Will use them for any future needs.

Had some flood damage, contacted Jon Wayne on a friends recommendation, had some hick-ups along the way but in the end Lane and Bradley did an amazing job with the new duct installation and Aaron’s customer made things right.

I had a complete heat and air system replaced. I had several companies come out and give their bids. Bradley with Jon Wayne was the only one to measure the home and figure out what I really needed. The proposal was clear and everyone was professional. Chris and Shannon spent all day out in 95 degree weather installing my new system just so I would not be without air conditioning over the wk end! You could not ask for a better company.

Corey and Tyler did an amazing job getting my AC up and running, and even though they had to come out late, they were still extraordinarily kind and professional, taking the time to explain everything to me every step of the way. I can't recommended them highly enough.

I have been with Jon Wayne Heating & Air since 2011 and I highly recommend them. They had to order a wiring harness and a control panel and set aside 2 hours for installation. When the parts came in Rick came out and installed them and had my air conditioning up and running in 25 minutes. Rick was very fast and is a really nice guy. He's my HERO!

Chris h came out to help us with our ac today and did an AMAZING job! He was so helpful and explained everything to us so we could understand what we needed to do. He did some repairs to get us by untill we get our new unit and our house is already cooling. The communication was great, they were timely, and affordable!

This company is very professional from sales all the way to installation. I am very satisfied with our heat pump with ducting. I chose their bid over a lower priced alternative because of their honest up front approach. Our installers were David and Dakota and they did great work and were exceptionally considerate while in our home. Highly Recommended.
