This place is reminiscent of old times! Great food, prices and service. Definitely recommend stopping here!

Good food with abundant portions. Has a 50’s vibe with all the decor and advertisements. It’s not super classy and high end, which is fine because this is small town America, very genuine. Had locals coming in and out the whole time we ate and everyone knew each other and everyone was friendly and waved/acknowledged our presence.

Best burgers and fries around. But bring cash or local check. They do not take cards. There is a ATM about 1 block from them

Stopped today for lunch. Busy took our order and brought drinks. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes still no food. Asked 3 times about order. People that came in after us were getting orders. Asked a final time and waitress came back and told us “unfortunately there are still several orders ahead of yours”. We paid for drinks and left. Waitresses were rude and only one came back with answer when we inquired. Never again, also the place is filthy!

Wish that they would get a card machine so you can use a debit or credit card. Other than that, a great place to eat.

So cute and the food is great! We had fish sandwiches, a burger, and one fry to split between three people (and had fries left over!) It's all economical, btw - which is great in the Mark Twain Lake area where prices tend to be high.

Very good small town cafe with vintage decorations all over the wall.love the old school American atmosphere and the tater tots.

This place is absolutely terrible! We walked in at 10: 15, breakfast is suppose to be until 10: 30. They lady was so rude and wouldn't let us order breakfast. Then there are no signs anywhere that say they only take cash or local checks. Stay clear of this place!

Super friendly, very reasonably priced and the biggest serving of tater tots I've ever seen!

Up here on a roadtrip, coming back from Nebraska/Iowa, needed some breakfast so we stopped in here.it is a nice little cafe/diner in a nice little town

3 1/2 hour drive to get there but you can bet we will return.

This place is a hidden jewel. Small town restaurant that gives you twice the amount of food for half the price for half the price as a big town restaurant and the food is very good!

It's really great food. I just wish they were opened on the weekends so everyone who works all week can enjoy it too lol.

Very good, inexpensive and good food with huge portions and the staff are nice people. I enjoyed but could not finish it all.

They have large servings! French toast & bacon was 2 slices of thick french toast & 6 slices of bacon! You get a meat platter of tator tots for 1 serving!

Very quaint, diner style eatery with wooden booths and a counter with stools. Thick hamburgers and loads of fries. Very reasonably priced!

Super nice people, little hole in wall restrant, old school all American fried food.burgers and fries, chicken strips, malts, milkshakes.ect.good portions. Could use a good cleaning, but with all that hot oil probally hard to keep it looking 100% Was a fun place to eat. Not to many of these left in good ol usa.only takes cash. Keep that in mind. And bathroom is tiny and kinda scetchy lol but they do have one.

They just have some great home-cooked food it is awesome and they are super friendly people
