7The worst place to have your kids at. They do not do what they day they will and are not something you can depend on what to take your time up chasing your tail when.if you like me you work and cannot afford time off. Have a lady in room behind the check in hollaring insurance info over to lady checking us in. Poor lady looked as modified as i did. Absolutely wores experience my kids have ever had embarrassing for them and shouldn't have to get in the car and they start crying because Jordan Valley made them feel like trash.
Updated review. Jordan valley has been extremely condescending and doctors haven't been helpful. I would recommend finding another place to see you for your medical needs.
I had a medical appointment for 8: 40am. I didn't get called back until 9: 10. At 9: 25 I was still waiting to be seen. That's 45 minutes past my appointment time that I arrived 10 minutes early for. So I walked out. I told the receptionist what was going on and that I was leaving.she just said OK. No one ever apologized or gave any reason for running late.
The place was very clean. Very fast check in. We go in on the dental side as for that side I can say the dentist and his dental assistant are great and when we get our teeth cleaning done the lady that does it is awesome. When you get called back it's always with a smiling face. It's a great place. Thank you for your hard work.

My daughter always feel comfortable when she goes to her dental visit. She gets so tickled.
They do a good job but it’s so hard to get a appointment there always booked up for like the next nine months. I had an appointment I waited forever for just to have them call me and tell me it was canceled because a dentist was no longer working there and it would be 9+ months before they have openings again unless they get another dentist before then. How is it that it’s not everyone’s appointments be pushed back based off who had a appointment next theres no way a appointment for that same week should have to be pushed back that far but someone who was just in there a few weeks ago can hold there spot for way sooner
