Dr. DeHoyas saved my life by uncovering a life threatening issue that other doctors had overlooked. I was nearly dead and have now been alive and well since 2015 thanks to his life saving diagnosis.

Dr.de Hoyos is literally the BEST cardiologist. He made me super comfortable, even though I’m facing a significant health problem. He is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel totally worth his time. I think he’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. I wish that there was more than 5 stars that I could give him!

The best cardiologist I have EVER dealt with and I’ve dealt with a number over the years because of family cardiac issues. He is kind, compassionate, very thorough, extremely caring, and takes his time explaining and answering questions. Sometimes there’s a wait, but I don’t mind because I know he’s taking whatever time is needed with EACH patient, just like he’s taking the time with me to explain and be thorough. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars. Wonderful person and STELLAR cardiologist.

I traveled from Arizona to Missouri (2,600 miles total) to go with my mother to her appointment with the cardiologist she has, due to her having several different serious issues within her cardiovascular system, as well as her nervous system. After waiting over an hour in the waiting room, we FINALLY seen the Dr. Within about three minutes, I already knew​ this was NOT the person my mother needed for her ongoing serious health issues, which only continued to get worse. He was very rude, arrogant, egotistical and a narcissist, but the bottom line is that the so called doctor was an absolute JOKE! He felt that it was okay to interrupt me, cut me off and refused to let me finish a single sentence, then wouldn't even allow me to speak!

I was trying to stress to him that​ our family has certain serious​ health issues of the vascular system that my mother needed to be check for. Instead, he was wanting to do an implant to monitor her heart rate, even though he already knows that she has Afib, so it's not like she needed an implant to monitor the beats or rythm. He was looking at easy money, not to actually help my mother! Needless to say, that was her last appointment with the guy that has a "better than thou" attitude, so the search for a new cardiovascular specialist​ began immediately, which is where Dr. De Hoyos comes in.

Upon meeting Dr. De Hoyos, I was so relieved by his demeanor alone, but literally within the first five minutes, I knew his knowledge was much more than the arrogant egotistical so called doctor that she previously had for well over a year! After talking to him about ten minutes, he had asked my mother about coughing when laying down, which was actually on my list of questions, but he beat me to it. What a RELIEF, we FINALLY have a cardiologist that was not only right on the money, he is so kind and very much concerned for his patients, which is the way everyone in the medical field should be!

We are now moving forward with tests and a different medication, so thanks to Dr. De Hoyos, my mom is finally getting the appropriate tests, medication change and hopefully the underlying cause of her health problems will be resolved. Dr. De Hoyos, I can't thank you enough, we're so very blessed to have you as a new doctor, and the entire area is very fortunate to have you here!

Dr. De Hoyos is top notch. Having a heart condition can be a really scary experience, but you couldn't be in better hands.

Dr. De Hoyos and his team are the greatest! The entire group is very caring and compassionate. They have no problem spending however long they need to answer all your questions and take care of any problems for you. This group is one of a kind when it comes to your care. This group make you feel like family from the Receptionist, Nurses, Practiononer, to the Doctor himself.
