Journey Steakhouse, Riverside MO

Went to Journey Steak house for dinner date with my husband. I make reservations to make sure we have table especially it’s limited space. When we get there manager Jay sat us. We wait until someone will help us. 5-10 minutes still no help then Jay sat another couple across from us the server actually said to us she’s be right there. Wait again for her then she actually serve the couple in front of us instead of us. Me and my husband both stand up and walk away. No service and actually been ignored knowing that we’re there. This is ridiculous and totally bad experience. I will never go back to that placed again it’s our second time they been ignored in that place. This is Saturday night August 22@ 7: 30 pm.

I go to this excellent restaurant from time to time as I like the ambiance that is characterizes this place. The team is exceptionally loving and experienced. The service is exceptionally rapid. Not to mention, the food you get is first-rate. I ate there more than once and I was always pleased. The price is honest. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

I had an amazing fire grilled salmon, baked potato and cream corn. The salmon was amazing, seasoned perfectly! The biggest surprise; the cream corn was the best I’ve ever had in my life!
You can switch out the side dishes with any entrée and I suggest trying the cream corn.

Our friends ordered steak (which we also had to taste) it was tender cooked perfectly and very well seasoned. Service, atmosphere, were wonderful!

Never been here before, but WOW, what a great experience! Steaks, lobster, and the best crab legs ever!
Our server (Mary) was incredible, personable, and so prompt and helpful! We spend a lot of money on special occasion meals, but this was truly an exceptional meal! Front to back, everything was PERFECT!
