I had went on Jan 19th to exchange my Dr. Martens I was gifted and Whitney was beyond helpful, I was so indecisive as to what style I wanted to exchange them for and she was so attentive and kind! She grabbed the colors and styles and various sizes for me and made the whole process so smooth! She mentioned the Dr. Marten shoe care kit which I purchased and am so thankful she mentioned, she was so sweet and I loved her vibe and energy. I was even indecisive picking my converse and they were close to close and she did not rush me at all, she told me to take my time and I would totally go back if Whitney is there lol!

Whitney provided outstanding assistance during our shoe shopping experience. Her patience and exceptional customer service made the process enjoyable, especially while helping my son select new shoes. I’m thoroughly impressed and look forward to returning to the store because of her excellent service.

Lady named whitney was extremely rude to me and my friends; would constantly look at us and other customers like we were beneath her or something.all i know is that because of her, your store lost a sale and i will never step foot into this store EVER again! Watch out for ladies named whitney y’all

Employees have nasty attitudes if you try to return shoes. She acted like it came out of her personal pocket and tried to say they were really worn. I wore them inside my house for a few minutes so there’s no way they were too worn to return. She told me I was lucky cause other employees wouldn’t be as nice. Haha ok well she wasn’t nice either so that says a lot about the workers.

Olivia was super sweet and helpful, giving alternatives when what I wanted was out. Fast and good deals.

Never owned a brand new pair of Vans. So for my bday I ordered a pair. Too far a drive for my ride. Easy to order, got a great deal, I pray they fit!
