I enjoy chatting and working with JT and Lynn on my watercraft needs. They've been the source of all my service needs for my pontoon boat and engine.

I came in looking for advice on my old '85 3.7 litre Mercruiser which wasn't running right. Someone told me the distributor was bad, JT's disagreed. They told me to disconnect the tach as it could be sending a feedback loop which could disrupt the timing. I did some other minor things and the motor ran great at speed! Also found out from them that the motor had apparently been damaged by the first owner and they had replaced the block. Nightmare finding parts when I can't use the original block serial number! They spent 45 minutes with me, ended up not buying anything at that time. I'm going back for the new tach, a new propeller, gas guage. They get right to the point and are flat out honest! They have my thanks for sure!

Called today about having JT work on my boat. It needed new throttle cables and a control box. I was told the cost would be over $3000 and not to even bother bringing it in. Mercury online was the one that suggested JT boats. Not sure why. Horrible! Treated like they did not care.

Staff is friendly and informed. Got a problem? They're there to help you solve. Their love for their work pays off for you.

Was having trouble finding a part for my trim unit. JT had to dig deep to find it. He found it! But he didn’t have one. He then wrote down another dealers name, after he confirmed they had one, and told me there good people. Got the part in the mail today. Thanks JT.

Very knowledgeable and have always been honest with me. You may not always want to hear what they have to say, but they haven't been wrong yet in my case. I found out first hand why they don't work on boats past a certain age. Very easy to get upside down on repairs to boat value. With that being said, I will continue to go there for the customer service and and honesty. They're also great about having common parts on hand for my boat.

Very, very happy! My son bought his first boat, the engine hadn’t ran in almost 2 years and the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. I did what I could with my limited knowledge. We took it out on the water and it wouldn’t run on full throttle. Since then I searched a lot of boat stores, but no one had time for me. Finally, I found JT Boats! JT sat down with me, printed some pictures of carburetors and told me step by step what to do. Who even does that anymore? ! Great customer service, I will not be going anywhere else!

They had the part i was looking for. That is the only positive experience that i had on my visit. Absolutely rude. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
