The staff there is very knowledgeable and quite nice, answered all of my questions and I found a pair of boots that I did buy. They fit well and are very comfortable the only bad thing I had to say is when I looked on the tag on the inside after I got home it said made in CHINA!
! I thought Justin boots were made in America! Had I known they were made in CHINA I would not have bought them! I hope they last!
Very helpful staff. I was looking for a specific type of boot, and an employee helped me one on one with different fits, going between the back of the store checking for inventory and helping my search greatly. With help I found exactly what I was looking for quickly and painlessly. Highly recommended for quality boots.
Didn't find.amy boots this trip. However, you never know what will be in stock and it's definitely worth stopping by. They do have a great selection with very good prices!
The staff is very friendly. We was looking for a pair of work boots for my husband he loved the pair he had already and wanted another pair just like them. Joplin Justin boot store did not have the. In stock but called Monett store and they had them. So they held them for us. We went and got them they was just what he wanted and also bought a belt and wallet. We will be back to that store the next time we need boots.

I have two pairs of Justin boots. The Chet pair and the Kaven. I have had the Chet pair for about 3-4 years and the felt liner inside the boot where your heel sits has worn done to the leather. Very annoying to wear them because of the peeling liner. But they were good boots while they lasted.
The Kaven pair is better. I have had them for 2 years now and have worn them about everyday for a year now. The thing I don’t like about them is that the leather upper is way too soft and has kind of “crumpled”.
