As someone else previously stated this place is a hit or miss. They work when they want with whom they want. They nickel and dime you on the loans essentially giving you bread crumbs compared to this economy. Honestly overall they offer very minimal help. Go in knowing what you need and what your plans are. Good luck

Not sure where to begin. Applied for a loan several months ago. NO ONE AND I DO MEAN, NO ONE. Has reach out to me, my status has not changed. Left several messages for a Jim Boyle. So, as I'm typing this review and 10 unanswered messages later. Jim Boyle calls me with this edge in his voice like he's irritated with me and my last message. PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Something doesn't feel right about this company. The individuals that answer the phone their could for sure benefit from some customer service classes. Very Rude and unprofessional

Called me just to rub it in my face how bad my credit was before denying me. Wouldn’t recommend going here especially since they advertise they don’t use personal credit to make decisions.

I am working with Travis Williams. My intake process and financing was fairly smooth. My business has been funded. Everything was explained to me clearly and I understood how the repayment works. Justine Petersen has internal communication issues, back in 2020 I was approved for a small business start up loan, I changed banks to a local bank. I sent them 2 emails NOTIFYING them to change my bank account information, took them a month to do it. They pull the a few payments out of the new account and then they MAGICALLY take me off ACH (automatic withdraw). Next thing I know I get a phone call, "Did you know your account is two payments behind? " THIS IS WHY WE HAVE ACH IT DOES IT AUTOMATICALLY SO I DONT HAVE TO BABY SIT THIS, SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS DONT HAVE UNLIMITED TIME TO WATCH THIS.

It's down right embarrassing a company that tries so hard to help start small business has issues like this. I won't recommend Justine Petersen to anyone most likely.

Horrible financial advice, this company is a facade possibly even fraudulent. I applied for a mortgage ended up talking about business loans. Huh

So I was was connected to justine Petersen for some small help I was on time for all my payments soo I had to switch accounts and called to update my profile and the lady misplaced my file so I end up calling to speak to mr my self and he told he he will
Fix everything since it was on they be half and I want be garnished will that was 2019 here they come again trying to garnish and for even more than the initial loan so I’m very upset and need some help to try and sue them myself or have them shut down
