Justin always goes above and beyond. He is pleasant mannered and very efficient. The first time I had him come he worked on my printer until he got it going and then gave me good advice about it. The next time he came he was working on my husband's computer after our basement got flooded and he worked and worked and worked until he got all the info off the hard drive. Just this week he came to set up my husband's new computer and he took extra time to explain everything.

I recently had a scary situation with my computer where I thought I had lost everything. I found Justin’s number and gave him a call. He spent so much time on the phone with me helping me solve my problem. When it didn’t get resolved that evening, he checked in on me the next day. With each failed attempt to fix the problem, he did more research and gave me more suggestions. By the end of the second day, my computer was working and all my data was still there! He did this all over the phone, for no charge. I felt EXTREMELY blessed! I recommend him 10/10!

Never returned my call or replied to my email. All I asked was a quote to have the plug replaced on my network cable.

I have worked with Justin professionally and will be returning for services on my on personal home side. A valuable, experienced and reliable technician is hard to find. I’m not tech lingo savvy! I’m so glad to have a friendly and relatable technician I can call.

Justin really knows his computer stuff, inside out, upside down and backwards. He is a real busy guy that is more than worth waiting for if you happen to catch him when he is busy.

Justin is great! Repairs were done quickly, they were affordable, and he was honest. Highly recommended!

If I could give this place a zero-star I would. After taking my computer here to get it fixed, it was worse than before I took it to him. Save yourself money in time find another computer shop.
