Attention to detail is amazing, kind staff, and great pricing! They really took the time to make sure my nail beds were safe. They have so many color options as well. Mine was the mermaid gel. Will be revisiting for sure.

I have such small nails and have struggled finding a place that can do gel with my short ones. Can not recommend enough. So cheap and did the best job out of any place I’ve been to. Love love love

I’ve never written a bad review but customer service should be important. The 3 stars are for K’s daughter (would give her a 5), she always did a great job on my dip nails and was super polite.

I was a consistent customer for 6-8 months. I never missed an appt and always tipped well. On 2 occasions K gave my appointment away. One time I called as I was running 5 minutes late, I understood, and we rescheduled. The next time I was maybe 2 minutes late, and I called coming from work during rush hour traffic. She gave my appointment away earlier that day. She said because she called me during the day (while I was at work) and I didn’t answer/call back to confirm my appointment, she gave it away to a walk-in. She then argued with me and was quite rude. I was going out of town the next day to attend a wedding, so I had to rush to find a new appointment at 5pm on a Thursday night. I have not been back since, which is unfortunate because the nail service was great but customer service should also be a priority.

Kay (daughter) is amazing! I love this place because your appointment time is your appointment time. Kay and I took a few sessions to communicate and learn from each other and now she gets me. 100% gets me. She does my nails perfectly every time and is amazing to talk with. I recommend her without reservation. BUT - if you think you can develop an instant relationship with a nail tech and not take time to communicate to her what you want, you may not get what you want. Art isn’t something that happens over night. Here are my last two sessions.

The owner was very attentive she did my nails to my liking I really like it this was my first time trying the place and she did it very well it was very pretty I will go back again.

I just went there and didn’t get anything I asked for. This was for a schools dance and a party after. These nails are awful and if it had a 0 that’s what I would rate them. If i cousy share a picture of how bad they are I would. Don’t waste up money I pass 70.00 for the worst nails i’ve ever gotten

—This placed was really good but it’s not worth the inconsistency in service; just disappointed.: (my nails don’t look great. Update: 4 days later nails are peeling from cuticle and chipping and look like they weren’t done professionally. Also I was off work so my hands weren’t being stressed. Poor quality work even for 30$ manicure.

I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and they were able to sit us relatively quickly. The appointments seem to help them keep with only a few customers in chairs but on a constant rotation. There were two workers and they both were able to keep up with everyone there. Its a small quant place but inexpensive and worth the value you get from it. Thanks

This shop is the best and Kevin is always willing to work with you to fit you in bc they are so BUSY. You have to schedule appointments ahead of time, and he does amazing work. I have had so many bad experiences with nails shops not listening to me and doing horrible work for a lot of money, see my review for Lucy Lee in Clayton. That was the last straw and I made an effort to find a shop to call home, this it. Thank you!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in and gave them a ton of business with a shellac mani pedi and brow and lip wax. My shellac literally peeled off in less then 48 hours. I called begging them to please just give me my money back for thr shellac and they refused. I am a solo parent just trying to do one thing for myself in a year and I do not have time to come back for a service between solo parenting a toddler and trying to make ends meet on this craziness of 2020. Do not go here! Awful service terrible customer service too.

I have been here multiple times already and they have made my nails beautiful and can even do nail art with gel! They do offer foil art work too but were incredibly honest about it not staying on as long vs the gel manicure.

I got a manicure and pedicure heading $40 very good very thorough not like those other places that do it half job
